Not Great, But OK
A female traveler Oct 7, 2009
There was no maid service. So we had to throw out the garbage, get new towels from the front desk, and keep the room clean ... ourselves. This saved us the tips to the "maid" though. The kitchen was small but OK for two people. There would be too little counter space for cooking for three or more. The microwave was mounted too high for people 5'2" and under. Although dish detergent was provided, there was no soap for hand or body. That was rather inconvenient.

The hotel wasn't as close to the strip as I thought it would be. The lobby was nice but the actual rooms were a little torn ... up. Our bathroom doorknob was broken. The front desk was stingy with the blankets. A few good things...ice cold AC, quiet, & there aren't a lot of people. I think it's a fair tradeoff considering the price.

Crestwood experience was great. As a unfridendly different American culture family especially food, our family have always ... disliked hotel in Las Vegas. However Crestwood was different. It has well equip kitchen and a lot of great stuff such as sink and microwave. Our family cooked many great food and enjoyed them. Also even if holidy season, they gave us great price of 2 rooms. **1 thing they complained that is they did not give me 2 queens bed even if I did. They said I ordered with cheapticket that is 3rd party,so they told me that based first come first served, so 2 queen bed already all out, I slept in couch cause we were 6 people 7 familes and 2 room but just two bed.

Accessible Parking
mithun Sep 7, 2009
WHat I liked most about crestwood suits is that the rooms ar eall very near to parking lot, you just park infront of the ... building and its hardly 20 feet to the building. The rooms have a full fledged kitchen with a stove, microwave a full sized refrigerator, dishes, so if you want to cook some thing while you are staying this is the place you can do that plus I liked the fact that they gave free internet, most of the casino hotels in LV charges $13-14 for internet and you have to walk a long way from the parking lots to your room in most of the casinos in LV. This is a quiet place. What I would have liked more is a flat screen TV and some additional pillows. They had a 29'' Convention CRT TV but for the price it was worth. They even offered us a lower rate if we could stay thru the Labor day week end.

Horrible. Dive. Sterile Environment.
Frugal Experience Jul 20, 2009
We travel to Las Vegas extensively and we were in a hurry to book a room in a non-gaming hotel, so this is where we ended up. ... Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There was disgusting debris stuck on the walls. The beds were rock hard. The air conditioner didn't work and they're response in 110-degree weather was "we're sorry," they made no concessions. Stark white environment. Carpets were filthy. Location was the only positive.

Crestwood Suites - Review for 7.4.09
Nickname Jul 9, 2009
It was good enough for what you pay for in a weekend in Las Vegas. We liked that it was minutes from the strip. I would ... recommend it to those who aren't planning on spending to much time in their hotel room and are instead out and about and just need a room to recover after a night of crazy partying. The only disadvantage was the stained towels and bed sheets (really nasty), and the rooms were small.

Orbitz sent me to hell
Uncannyland Jul 5, 2009
The hotel was too far from the famous las vegas strip, we ended spending 100 dollars just in taxis coming to the hotel from ... the bus station,to go out in the night to come back and to leave to go to the sation with those extra 100 dollars we could have stayed in any of the fabolous landmark hotels of the strip, because the hotel was 80 which is cheap but with the extra 100$ it made it 180 dollar, I asked myself in several of the hotels of the strip and they had rooms for less than that 150, so I think that the orbitz sales person that lured me to come this hotel totally made a nightmare of my stay in Las Vegas, shame on her and on orbitz to allow this to happen. We carefully and make sure you stay on the strip.

kween Jun 21, 2009
The place was quiet and comfy. they have free wifi so bring your laptop. Also close to a lot of resturaunts off the strip ... with not so inflated prices. When we wanted to go to the strip we did. they do not have incidental if you forget your tooth brush. Also when I asked for one extra towel they told me to come down to the front desk instead of bringing it up to me.

I was apprehensive about booking this place based on the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Very nice ... lobby. There's even a model of the room, located in the lobby, so you can see what the rooms look like. Can be compared to ExtendedStay Hotel.

Not too far from the strip, i would say it's about 2+ miles. I was thinking i would be staying at some dirty hotel, but it ... was nothing like that! this hotel was spotless clean, spacious, and very peaceful! It had a refrigerator, stove, pots to cook with, silverware, and a microwave. Two queen sized beds and a sofa bed to add to it! it was an excellent experience with a great price to go along with it. i would definitely stay here again!

Not happy with reservation
Upset NASCAR FAN Mar 10, 2009
I arrived at the hotel with my confirmation from Orbitz to find out that there was no reservation on file. Registration ... advised us they never received a reservation request from Orbitz. She also advised that we where the 2nd person of the day that had booked through Orbitz and no reservation was on file. She was lucky enough to have a room available that she gave to us after waiting over and hour to speak with someone at Orbitz. I will not in the future use this sight.

The Bad Side
5 j's Mar 2, 2009
It's was not what I expected for a 3 star rating, I was only amazed by the photo that they provided online but seeing is ... actually believing, when we got there the carpet is dirty! We have to leave our socks on our feet so that our feet wont get dirty. The bathroom only has 1 shampoo and 1 bar soap, not enough towels to use. The kitchen is not fix as shown on the photos, the bedroom area and living area has good space but still the carpet are dirty. We've stayed there for 2 nights, I can't believe they don't have HOUSEKEEPING to clean your room for each day. And also you have to throw your own trash on their trash can outside if ever your trash get full. No ones (housekeeping) coming to get it! I feel sorry for myself because I told my husband how I got this incredible price for this suite, but behind it is big big SORRY... and also you can hear the footsteps from the room on top of you and hear when the water on the bathroom turn on... SORRY SORRY SORRY I wont come back to this Suite at All... =(

1. There was a casino one block away and you do not have to go to the strip to play cards or slots. 2. Dining is excellent. There's a lot of choice cuisine you can drive by, from fast food, buffet or fancy restaurants within the next 3 stop lights.
