Affordable & Conventient

It was right on the strip, close to Town Square shopping/eating/entertainment. In addition to the 2-burner stove, microwave ... and full-size fridge, the "kitchen" was stocked with plates, bowls, cups, silverware, spatulas, frying pan, sauce pan, can opener, cutting board, coffee pot and even dish soap. VERY handy! The front desk was super friendly and check-in was quick. The rooms were clean and comfy...and we even got free Wi-Fi. I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants an affordable stay in Vegas and doesn't require all the pomp and circumstance of a big casino hotel.

Town Square is literally across the street & down a couple blocks. You can find shops, restaurants, bars, clubs and even a movie theater just a short ways from Crestwood Suites. It is close enough to walk to, but a short drive would probably be best with the traffic in this area.

ThE Bad The WORse and The UGlY

We noticed cocaraches in our luggage that was on the floor in the room, there was no shampoo and cond. I don't normally use ... this but i forgot mine and needed some. We stayed more than one day and they didn't come to freshen up the room, make the bed, vacuum, etc. I wouldn't stay there again, nor would i reccommend anybody else stay there. Also we thought we were getting 2 queens or a king and ended up with one queen. Wasn't very clear.

Though intially the hotel looked great, after an hour of being there, a cockroach appeared on the pillow of the bed. We ... notified the dest clerk, who upgraded our room to the next level of room. We thought we were in the clear, but not so. For the next 3 mornings, we were awakened by a child above us at 6am everymorning, running and jumping. It sounded like he was coming thru the ceiling. We informed the manager several times. Then on our final night when we returned, our key didn't work. It was about 2am and no one was at the desk. We called, yelled and knocked, but no answer. After about 20min, the clerk arrived from the back office, clearly looking like she had just awakened from a nap. We asked if she'd been there all the time, she said yes, but insisted she wasn't asleep. At the time of check out, they offered a 1 day comp and stated that's all they could do because we booked thru a 3rd party. She took our info and said the hotel manager would call us to work out something better. We have yet to receive a call. I wouldn't recommend it.

Horrible hotel - Enter at your own Risk

This was the worse experience I have ever had in a hotel. Some of the staff were very unfriendly, no room service during ... stay. Floors in the room was very unkempt. One night during our stay the room smelled like urine... Very strong urine, we had to keep the air conditioning unit on all night which made the evening unpleasant as well as cold. We had to request towels which one staff member said we had to come back after 5 to obtain towels or to try and find a housekeeper in the hallway. We had to clean the bathroom floor which was soooooo dirty. It was a very scary place to stay in. I wanted to change hotels but because of the money already sent, we toughed it out... We tried to stay out of the hotel as much as possible. Horrible experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I have been to Vegas multiple times and this was the worse experience I have ever had as far as hotels. What was missing from this hotel was friendly staff, clean rooms and clean linen. I don't think that was asking for too much. I felt like I was at a cheap motel. It really was a horrible, horrible experience.

This hotel was good for us. We wanted something convenient to the airport and the strip, but didn't want to pay a lot. We ... were also looking for kitchen facilities to save some money on food. It was acceptably clean and in reasonable condition. It was also surprisingly quiet for so close tot he airport. Not fancy, but comfortable.

I am a repeat customer to this hotel and one of the reason it is located near "Whole Food", Albertson, shopping centers, ... Frys Electronics, and many places to dine. Its a short drive to the Las Veags Blvd. Plenty of counter space to work in the room and Free WiFi Car Rental drop is only five minutes away and you will not get lost returning your car. Yes, I will stay here again and the price is right

We booked in here for a Saturday & Sunday as the hotel we had been staying in on Thur & Fri on the strip went up by 200 bucks ... p/night for the weekend. Crestwood Suites was 57 bucks p/night. A bargain but I wasnt expecting much for the money. Check in wasnt until 3pm & we made the mistake of showing up at noon but the staff were kind enough to hold our bags for us as we were afraid they'd melt in the car. When we got to our room we were so surprised. It was big & very clean. Air con was great too. Our window looked out on to the pool. We had a great kitchen area with a big fridge/freezer, 2 hob cooker & microwave. Pool was nice too. 24 hr laundry service & good vending machines. Free parking too! The only drawback is its a bit up from the hotels & casinos on the strip, you would not walk it. We were driving so it was no bother to us. This was the best stay we had on our budget 3 week trip of CA & Vegas.

We showed up at 1:00 a.m, the front desk was very rude, we were trying to find out how to get on the shuttle to get down to ... the strip (since they are two miles off the strip)and she said there were no shuttles and we would have to take a taxi. The room was supposed to be a non-smoking, queen bed. It smelled like smoke and it was a tiny full sized bed. We were too tired to complain so we just dealt with it, we were only there 4 hours!

It was great in general. Lady on staff when I arrived was not friendly but after that everything went well. You need to ... request full room service. A shopping place is across the street and it's well located for the bus to the Strip during the day an early evening. After 11pm is a medium walk or you need to take transfer but it's safe.

I found Crestwood to be very quite, comfortable, clean and neat. I was close enough to the strip less then 10 mins, and ... across the street from one of my favorite places the outlet mall. I had the best of both worlds gaming and shopping. The best of all I could go gambling and come back to a quite hotel with no people running up and down the halls. I had a good night sleep or a good days sleep.
