Everything was fine until I stepped into the shower. The shower curtain liner was filthy! Lots of dirt and mildew in the ... folds. Learned my lesson!! Always check the shower curtain before use!

My title says it all.. My family(from VT,Penn, South Carolina and California) were in town due to a death in the family. Our ... first stay was for a week. We felt as it was our home, room was large enough to have others visit and be able to just hang out to watch a movie or just catch up on things.. Loved it some much had to come back in town again for just an over night but felt the very same way. WE will be sure to come back again when visiting family..Thanks so much..

I was there for a two day workshop. There was a shuttle to take you around, I didn't realize and asked for a cab. The ... woman at the front desk didn't advise me that the shuttle would take you to other locations in addition to airport and train. It was a nice room but there was a mildew type smell.

Crest hill Suite have everything we're looking for, quite place,super clean room, complete breakfast; no like other hotels ... that only offer milk and cereal, COINLESS WASHING MACHINE (FREE). Crossgate mall is two minutes from the hotel. the only thing I can say is that the staff was okey, no too friendly, but committed to their work.

Staff is pleasant. The hotel offers Monday through Thursday dinner buffets and morning continental breakfast for free. The ... room was very clean and large--couple noticeable repairs. Carpet seemed new. Very comfortable for a great price (and I'm fussy). Very close to great restaurants and the highways. I would recommend staying here and I will again.

We were staying for 1 night to visit the Stratton Air National Guard Base for Civil Air Patrol. We did not know it was ... extended stay nor what extended stay really was. We booked a room for 3 with 2 beds and when we arrived we found out our room was extended to to the people already there. The staff had already changed our reservation to 2 King rooms at no additional charge, we didn't even have to ask or argue for this. Besides Disney, the customer service here was outstanding. Everything else was great and more than what we have experienced in our past trips.

The lobby and public areas were clean but the rooms could be cleaner. There were dust and cobwebs beside the nightstands in ... the corners. The furniture, bathroom and both TV's need to be updated/remodeled. The TV's were older analog with rounded screens. The TV in the bedroom was very small and there was only one remote for both. We were in a nonsmoking room but there was a strong smell of smoke in the bathroom. The front desk gave me a spray that did help but the smell returned later. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

It was a great hotel, move rooms twice: first time there was a baby crying in the room next to us, second time the AC was ... broken. They moved us very quickly and didn't cause any issues. One of the only down sides that I had planned on was using the pool to swim some laps - it compares to a large hot tub, but not hot.

This is a very modern suite complex, very well appointed rooms, clean & modern, has everything you need including microwave, ... stove, refridgerator(largest we've seen at a motel), cook ware, dishes & dishwasher- even a toaster. Very comfortable bed, large bathroom and complementary continental breakfast. Many free dinner specials Mon-Thurs. Quiet location, ample parking near your room, small but nice pool. Even has nice lobby area with free computers to use if you don't have WiFi or a laptop. Five Stars!

Right out the driveway, right on Fuller to the end, then about 2 blocks and all kinds of shopping and restaurants. For an upscale mall make the right out of the hotel and keep going.

The State University of New York at Albany is right across the road. Crossgates Mall and Stuyvesant Plaza are 1-2 miles away. Stuyvesant Plaza has a great Italian restaurant, Mangia, as well as Friday's and several cafes.
