A disappointing stay

I was just unimpressed. The sliding door to the bathroom was broken. Clothes from previous guests were left in the drawer. ... There was no microwave or fridge in the room, and breakfast wasn't included, so meals were difficult or expensive. The internet worked for about a half hour while we were there. For such an expensive rate, it didn't have much to offer other than the shuttle service. Employees were also hard to understand.

It was great but me and my mother had trouble finding it at first. It was nice to be so close to the airport and downtown ... Boston. The rooms were beautiful and contemporary. I really did like it.
