When making traveling arrangements I knew I would need a place to get some food and simply recharge(long flights). Being from ... CA, I quickly realized how spoiled I was in regards to food!... All I wanted were some vegetables, soup, and/or lite meat delivered. I did not want pizza, fast food, or pasta. While there were very few places nearby that would deliver, the staff was helpful and patient in providing some menus and personal experiences surrounding the delivery and food options. The room was clean and beds were comfy...I would stay again, no complaints. I got exactly what I needed... Undisturbed sleep after some soup, salad, and fried banana spring rolls.

The pool was full of leaves and we had to skim it. There was a problem with the cable television, but that was not your ... fault but the cable companies. The beds were not comfortable at all, mattresses were very mushy, to soft.

We had a late checkin and a short night because we were flying out the next morning. When I first saw the hotel I could tell ... it was one of the oldest from what was around the area. I must say the checkin was fast and easy but when we saw the room I was very disappointed. The room was small outdated and wasn't well maintained. The AC was broken and the bedding looked old and dirty. We had to ask for another room. I wasn't expecting that ordeal after spending a long last day at Disney and having to get up at 4 a.m. to catch a early flight. We looked at the ratings prior to booking this hotel but I don't think I can trust those ratings. I would never stay there again nor would I wish it on anyone else. They have you locked into the room rate with no refund so one can't change their mind after seeing what the place looks like. Got me once but you'll never have that chance again.

We live a little over a hour away in Plant City. However, my son had an audition in Orlando so we wanted to stay close ... without having to fight a.m. traffic. I was impressed with the fast check-in and out service. The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. The only complaint would be I like to have a refrigerator in the room and we had to go to the 1st first to get ice and snacks.

arrived late to find no parking, but helpful staff said to just park in the no parking area out front. room was musty on ... arrival. cleared up after aging ac system kicked in. bathroom showed aging signs. breakfast was above average. 10 miles and tolls to and from orlando, so not as desirable a place to stay if you have an afternoon flight.

I really liked the hotel! They even were very friendly when you asked questions about the area. the most importent thing was ... multi computer use inside of the motel to get directions or any imformation you needed in the internet.They were a great staff! The room was cleaned every day and the room was spotlessly clean when I arrived.

Very nice hotel near the airport. Breakfast was great! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and ... helpful. Also, there were two computers set up for guest to use, this was a great help in obtaining Security Documents that we needed. We will use this hotel again.

The Good & The Bad

Sunday morning 5:30 am radio next door woke me. After 15 mims. of CW, I called front desk-they would check!! Nothing ... happened. I called next door and phone rang but no answer. After numerous front desk back/forth nothing happened until radio turned itself off at 6:45 am. So my "Good Night's" sleep before a big meeting was less than 4 hours! ! ! Upon leaving the Manager finally settled on adequate points to my co. card. I'll see if they come through. If a light sleeper ask for left side of the bldg. when facing it--away from the runway approach. The room was very clean, tv worked, nice bed, good breakfast and a fair value. [...] on the front desk was wonderful & an employee any company would be lucky to have on staff.
