The location is the best thing about this hotel. It is 6 minutes from the airport, close to a horserace track, and right on ... the interstate. If you are visiting in Northern Kentucky, it is a good place for the rate. The hotel is an older one, rooms kind of small, small lobby, but nice indoor, heated pool if you have children. Nice staff, great shuttle service to and from the airport.

Hotel room was very clean, staff extremely friendly, but when we received our receipt at the end of our stay...hotel rate was ... $87.00 cheaper than Orbitz. When I called Orbitz about it was told that was the rate we locked in to. I will now call the hotel directly to compare fee before I book thru Orbitz!

Had a great time ~ went to the Creation Museum and then the Newport Aquarium. Hotel located right in the middle. Both drives ... were around 20min. ~ Had to drive at least 10-15 min. for food. Definitely will make Country Inn & Suites through Orbitz our usual!! ~ Although not enough pillows in the room and they were too soft. Asked for non-smoking, got a smoking, my husband was considerate enough to go downstairs & outside! He's so GREAT!! Other than those two - had a wonderful time!!

When checking out, my bill had not yet been paid thru Orbitz to the hotel. So upon check out we were delayed untill they ... could recieve payment from Orbitz that had already been charged to my credit card immediately when booking on line. Also the receipt they gave me was substantially cheaper had I just booked with them direct. Next time I will make reservations with the the Hotel directly.

Cincinnati Museum of History and Science was a great time for anyone and not expensive. The Newport Aquarium was also a nice place to visit and there are many restaurants and entertainment next to the Aquarium. The Creation museum was highly over-rated and way over priced. The Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Our room was a little outdated, but breakfast was served every morning and the pool stayed open very late.
