My parents stayed here after a conference and they loved it. The location was great, the rooms were cleaned and the Staff ... was very helpful.

the hotel's rates are very reasonable, the rooms are equiped with refrigerator, microwave, coffe machine, and are ... comfortable, though some of them small.free access to internet (wifi), nice staff.

paper-thin walls but great staff

I want to preface this review by saying that I do feel terrible making any negative comments about the hotel in light of how ... incredibly helpful and friendly the staff were. However, I would not stay here again because I did not sleep the entire time I was there! It was likely a combination of hard wood floors and paper thin walls throughout, but we could hear every footstep, every word spoken, and most annoyingly, the cleaning crew bright and early. My husband and i had a night out on the town, and subsequently a tortuously restless night and morning as a result of the noise. Also the hot water in the shower lasted a whopping 1 minute and the water ran/sprayed all over the bathroom floor due to an ill-positioned drain and inadequate shower curtain. That said, the staff spoke english and went out of their way to make sure we purchased the correct bus tickets, knew where we were going, and even served us breakfast after hours. For us, the negatives far outweighed the positives, so I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff are very helpful and knowledable about Buenos Aires and its many attractions. All tours and tango shows will ... pick up from this hotel. Itīs near many shopping areas and easy to locate.

Staff all had excellent English. All tours were available from the hotel (with hotel pick-up), and the location was ... convenient to everything. There was free wireless internet, breakfast (served in our room),and evening aperitifs. The rooms had refrigerators and microwaves, and the location was GREAT. Checkout with luggage "hold" was fine - this was a GREAT find on-line & we would recommend this bargain to anyone with a few days in Buenos Aires!
