Nice hotel. good value for the money. room's kind of small.. one's on sixth floor have skylights (no windows) friendly staff, ... parking is $6.00 per night and the lot is two blocks away

The staff did not seem concerned whether or not we had enjoyed our stay - no questions asked. Room had refrigerator and ... stove, but there were no dishes or silverware or cookware.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area and the little ferry ride to downtown Boston is a pleasure, though you can just walk ... over the bridge and voila. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was huge. My boyfriend kept raving about the little kitchenette that was in our room and he said next time we are staying there again and for longer and i am cooking (yeah, right) :). It was perfect for us - we are a young couple that doesn't want to break the bank with hotel rates but doesn't want to stay far from all the city action either. I highly recommend it.

A Charitable Hotel

The Constitution Inn near the naval yard in Charlestown (Boston) was a pleasant place to stay. It is set up to house military ... and their families at a great discount. We were not in that group, but still paid a reasonable price for the area, and were glad that our cost would help military families. Our room was comfortable. Being on the top floor, the ceiling was slanted and we had a skylight instead of a window. We were within walking distance to Old Ironsides and the Freedom Trail that included the Bunker Hill Monument. Although Charlestown is home to a variety of wonderful reataurants of all price levels, our room had a stove, refrigerator and microwave.
