The room was very clean and spacious. Like the fact that there was a sleeper sofa so, everyone had their own bed. The beds ... were very comfort and the bathroom was nice as well.

The Hotel Reception Staff was fun and very nice. We met up with my sister and her husband. They got there first and made sure ... we had a room close to them, and the staff person on duty put us in rooms next door! They were great and friendly. Our family enjoied the stay here. Nothing fancy, but was a super value for what we needed. Sheets were clean and fresh.

The was nothing around. No place to walk to have dinner. We were stuck with ordering food or eating at the pool side ... restaurant. It got too expensive. The hotel has a business with a guy in an escalade who takes you to a restaurant area thats too pricy for $14. He offered to take us back for another $14. What a load. Then we found a roach in the room and all the guy at check out do was shrug his shoulders.

Not a suite as I know it

The hotel is in a good location, close to International Drive and Lake Buena Vista and with good access to I-4 We had some ... difficulty finding the hotel as it wasn't well signed. Check-in was fast and efficient and the staff were all very friendly. The rooms are not what I would call suites - they are large bedrooms that also contain a 2-seat settee. It was impossible to squeeze between the bed and the air-conditioner unit. However, the bed itself was very comfortable. The "kitchen consisted of a microwave, fridge and coffee maker, with only paper and plastic cups; no dishes or silverware of any sort. The pool area seemed popular but the noise didn't disturb us unduly. It doesn't compare with suites hotels where the sitting and bedroom areas truly are separate rooms and we wouldn't stay there again.

Everything was great with the hotel, EXCEPT that we had no water the entire first day/evening. Also, when we went to check ... out, they informed us that even though we booked/paid in full in advance through Orbitz, we still owed a $2.50 per day "resort charge." Granted, $2.50 per day is nothing, but we did supposedly pay in full. When I reminded them that we had no water the first day/eve, they agreed to waive the resort charge.

This hotel is in a convenient location on the West side of I-4 close to Sea World. Short distance from both Universal and ... Disney parks and close to the Super Walmart. Those wanting to walk everywhere would be disappointed as you have to go a bit out of the way to get on International drive and I-drive is not walking distance. Rooms are relatively large and comfortable. The free breakfast is pretty complete compared to most hotels at this price. You have to drive to meals since there aren't any restaurants close by. It does not have the heavy traffic of International Drive, but the rooms facing I-4 are still a bit noisy from the passing freeway traffic. Overall a good value.

Access to Sea World is quick and easy (5-10 minute drive). Ride the Manta if you are strong and healthy. Don't try it if you have a heart condition of any type.

Great Place for animal lovers

I stayed 2 nights and brought my dog, it was perfect. Everyone was nice and they keep pets in their own buliding so I got to ... meet a lot of new people with great animals. The hotel was close to both Disney and Universal and if you like Sea Worl it is right around the corner also.

Minutes to International Drive, directly off I-4 exit and close to everything Orlando has to offer. Breakfast was more than ... adequate but the hotel needs a restaurant and lounge to complete the package. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The only thing that worked for me at this hotel was that it was conveniently located to SeaWorld. I was disappointed in ... everything. Check in took way too long. They have too few staff members at check in. At checkout, there was only one clerk there. There was one person in front of me who had a terrible problem, and it took me 20 minutes to check out. The room was dingy. And it certainly was NOT worth the money that I spent. Not extrememly accomodating.
