The Comfort Suites at Innsbrook was very comfortable. The staff was vey accomodating. I especially liked the comfort of the ... room and t the fact that the bed was located far enough away from the air conditioning unit so you didn't have cold air blowing on your back. It is also located very close to shopping centers and a large variety of restaurants. They were also very accomodating when we needed to book an extra night. The breakfast buffet is also very convenient and delicious with a variety of breakfast foods.

The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. We held a meeting there and it would have been nice to ... have a pitcher of water with glasses. There was regular coffee but no decaf coffee. The conference meeting room was very accommodating and even had a board to write on. Bathrooms were very clean but toilet tissue ran out in one and had to tell the desk clerk. Location was good and close to excellent restaurants.

Great for a weekend

We stayed at Glen Allen Comfort Suites for Family Weekend for the University of Richmond. The room was spacious with a king ... size bed and a sofa bed; the bathroom was roomy and nice; breakfast was complimentary; it was close to the highway; staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

The Comfort Suites Innsbrook was a a convenient and comfortable choice for us. The first floor room was also a good choice ... because the complimentary breakfast was just around the corner. A very good value.
