The inconvenience is that we can't use the computer to print-out our flight tickets.And too expensive for the use of the ... computer.

Good location; Nice No-Smoking policy

The hotel is within walking distance to a variety of asian eateries and the new light rail system. This is an older hotel, ... but it's clean and the no-smoking policy helps maintain it. During my visit, there was some new construction underway next door and high winds blew quite a bit of gravel around...but the construction (new hotel) is almost finished and that probably won't be an issue in the near future.

Came late at night and didn't get an answer when I phoned the hotel and when I came in had to yell for someone. No one was at ... the front in the morning so I left my key at the desk.

Location is great,close and accessible to almost everything..so expect all kinds of noise,the airplanes,the buses,and the ... trains.Wireless internet availability is awesome..free breakfast,even just the simplest one could help a bit compensate one's lack of sleep at night due to all types of noise.

Hotel staff were helpful with information to various locations about the city. Access to airport very easy. Nearby ethnic ... restaurants. Overbooked doubles twice, but upgraded at no cost to us. -- One daughter disappointed no fitness area. Overall it was reasonably priced for the area, easily accessible and offered the amenities a traveler needs when exploring.

The rooms were small but clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. Good deal for the price with free airport shuttle ... from the Vancouver airport. Located 2 blocks from a riverside restaurant with an Italian restaurant across the street. By the end of 2009 there will be a station for the elevated Skyway train a half block from the hotel. Right now there is a bus stop a half block the other direction. Both of these make it good for getting into the city if you don't have a car. If you want to drive, there's an Enterprise car rental office literally next door.

Good Bed, Unrelated charges

I was charged for a movie I never watched. The desk clerk told me even if I watched the movie for a "second" I was to pay ... for it. I told the polite clerk, who had no authority to resolve the situation, that I couldn't figure out how to watch a movie on that TV because the reception on the TV as soo poor I could barely see the screen. I asked him to have the manager call me so we could resolve the situation. The manager has never called. I think the low cost of the room had to do with a window that looked at a wall and the awful TV.

The beds

We were given a room and we were not happy with the king bed,but would live with it. Later the comode stopped up. We asked ... for a plunger; but the only one was behind locked doors in a maintenence closet. No one had a key;nor, was there an offer to call an on-call person. We switched room and found it much nicer and the bed was an up-grade in our view. If you are expecting beautiful gardens and grounds forget it. An asphault garden. All in all it was a comfortable night and not too pricey. Would use them again.

I found my room at the Comfort Inn Vancouver Airport to be clean, comfortable and spacious. I loved the pillows and the bed ... was very comfortable. The room was a good size with a large wall size window, a portion of which actually opened for fresh air. The shower massage head was very much appreciated. There is a bus stop in front of the Inn which runs directly into the city and was very convenient and easy to use. The Inn's staff was attentive and accommodating. The airport shuttle drivers were especially friendly and helpful. My only complaints include the noise from the airplanes (not much they can do about that!) and the lack of restaurant choices within walking distance.

Nicer than most Comfort Inn

We weren't so sure about staying at a Comfort Inn. Have not stayed at one since College days but since we booked at last ... minute, our choices were limited. Everything was very clean and it wasn't cheesy. All the staff were very friendly.

Nice and close to the Airport

I loved getting picked up late at night from the airport and not having to find my way there. The Room was just what I ... wanted. There was painting going on in the halls so it was a little bit of a mess but I didn't mind. Only having one elevator was a bit of a problem when everyone was wanting to check out.
