Nice, new hotel; reservation problem

There was a problem at check-in that took almost 2 hours to address. The reservation was confirmed by Orbitz at a rate ... almost $75 more than the actual rate that was quoted to me. This cause tremendous difficulties at check-in that could not be resolved quickly in the hotel's system. I am not likely to use Orbitz again for hotel reservations.
