100% non-smoking, but they put us in a room that was used for years as a smoking room and it was NASTY. Took 30min just to ... get use to the smell.

Appreciated the good advice and information from the desk personnel(T schedule, map of Boston & area). Didn't know about 24hr ... shuttle, but really came in handy. Didn't have to wait long at all late at night for pick up.Complimentry breakfast was just delicious. Although far away from downtown, we didn't mind because of the easy access to T and the complimentry shuttle. Our plane left late in the day and the staff let us stay in the room until 3PM for small fee. I really appreciated that because we were tired from our visit and didn't catch our plane home until 8PM.

The hotel was walking distance to public transportation that took you right into Boston. Boston was a fun and educational ... city to explore, but hotels right downtown are expensive. The thing I appreciated the most about this hotel was its commitment to being green. The cleaning products are natural, and they recycle. They even compost all food scraps!

While staying at the hotel, my family visited the surrounding Boston area. The location was great for shuttle service ... between downtown Boston and the hotel. Also, the amentities, i.e., continental breakfast, laundry facilities, internet access, etc., was excellent!

After having spent a great weekend with friends at the Cape, it was great to have a really nice hotel with shuttle service ... for our 5 am flight. The food in the hotel mexican restuarant was some of the best we have ever eaten. It was a nice "bookend" to a great getaway with friends.

I like that it's a "green" hotel, but our room ironically smelled like stale smoke, and the air conditioner didn't work so it ... was HOT in the room (maybe that's why it's so "green"??)

The young man that checked us in made polite conversation and saw we had a tired baby. He said he would put us on a quiet ... floor. He was efficient and very nice. Room was great. The mexican restaurant (attached) food was soooo good! The breakfast was great with fresh hot waffles! The hotel has many eco-friendly practices including composting food waste (even the paper coffee cups could be composted). Everyone was very nice, couldn't have been a better experience.

If you have to fly early in the morning the hotel has a great location. It's a streight shot to Logan Airport if you are ... returning a rental car, otherwise, the hotel has a shuttle leaving for the airport every 30 min. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little far from downtown Boston but you can get there by subway or by a cab. Our only little gripe is that in the whole Northeast the "Save the Earth" theme is way overdone and can become quite annoying. come on, people, get a grip! You are not destroying the earth. Live and let live!

You can get to downtown Boston via the hotel shuttle and the subway, but it will be faster and a lot more comfortable by a taxi. Cost more but it was worth it to us.

Although it says it is near the airport, it is not and therefore the cab ride was more expensive because of where the hotel ... is located. The shuttle never came to the airport so after waiting 45 minutes I took the cab. Coming from an overseas flight is was not fun. For just staying overnight to catch an early flight in the morning it was expensive for just a few hours.
