It's a bed and within walking distance to parts of ASU, but it's a bed with a very crowded breakfast (which isn't very good ... at all), but it's near ASU. Still, it's just a bed.

My son and I attended his freshman orientation for ASU. I was looking for location first and hotel chain reputation. The ... Comfort Inn and Suites location was fairly close to ASU and it was clean. It served our purpose well.
