Good price for the short distance to the beautiful beach and shopping. Internet wasn't free as advertised and parking is $10 ... daily for a very small and uncomfortable parking spot.

The hotel was nice but needs to be updated. They are working on the hotel to improve it but the work is not completed yet. ... The breakfast provided was first come first served. I let my small child sleep in so when we got to breakfast at 930am it was all gone and they were not bringing nothing else out.

This hotel, like other Comfort Inns, caters to low budget and business travelers. Staff was friendly and did whatever they ... could to check you in early, store your baggage, etc. If you don't smoke, try to get a room on a non-smoking floor, as the rooms retained a bit of smoke odor. Rooms on non-smoking rooms were fine. Many good restaurants and small stores in the area, and only a few blocks from the beach. Only negative was that the bathroom sink area had very little counterspace. Free breakfast was fresh, and worth going to for cereal, donuts, coffee, juice, boiled eggs, and waffles. Free WiFi worked decently. Nice small pool area. This hotel is ideal for staying a day or two before and after a cruise as we did.

I would have rather stayed in a more up to date room. We did not feel comfortable in our room but it was a place to sleep ... for the night until our cruise the day after. The staff were very helpful and did all that they could with what they had to make our stay pleasant.

Everyone was very friendly and willing to help out in anyway. We called several times for directions and they did not mind ... at all. As of matter of fact, she stayed on the line with us for 5-10 min until we arrived to the hotel. When we arrived we were happy how fast we checked in with no problems.

We found the Comfort Inn San Juan to be a basic level hotel with the rooms being less than attractive. The found the room ... rate to be rather expensive for the amenities and condition of the furnishings. The room smelled musty and did not have a clean feel to the carpet and bedding, which was a real turn-off. If you are in a pinch for a room for the night, you may consider this hotel. But for any longer stays we would recommend that you pay a little more and find a cleaner, more attractive hotel.

The Comfort Inn is pretty much geared for the typical family on vacation. I was generally satisfied staying at the Comfort ... Inn San Juan as it was located right in Condado and short walking distance to everything- the beach, a 24 store, as well as a huge selection of restaurants. The only issue I had was the particular room itself, as it consistently seemed muggy and having the a/c on full didn't help either. There also seemed to be water marks on the carpet as well as a leak in the bathroom, so the air consistently felt moist and humid. I know I could have asked the staff of the hotel for another room, but decided against as I hardly spent time in the room anyway besides to sleep anyway. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and the continental breakfast was definitely better than what I have experienced before. Overall, I recomend the Comfort Inn for families or singles who don't plan on staying in the hotel for most of their trip.

For a quick authentic puerto rican snack or filler between meals, there is a cafeteria west of the hotel on Ashford Avenue. It was delicious and definitely a good price.

The Comfort Inn was a great place to stay at. The room was keep clean. The king size bed was comfortable. They have a vending ... machine with drinks and the pool is nice to go for a quick dip. Breakfast was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great Restaurants up the block (Latin Star open 24 hours). You also have a Walgreens that is 24 hours. There a deli up the block that's called One Stop they make great hot sandwiches and cold drinks and open 24 hours. The Beach is only a block away. You also have access to public transportation.

The Comfort Inn is not far from Old San Juan or the airport by taxi. However, it is somewhat old in appearance but the ... service was OK. There were not many places to eat nearby. It's an ok place to stay for one night.
