Don't ever stay here
Terrible experience Sep 16, 2009
We got zero sleep the first night and didn't even stay the second night. This hotel is in a terrible location, unsafe, and ... right next door to an adult shop/theater. All night long people were in and out of the surrounding rooms and flashing their lights to signal others in the hotel rooms. I will never stay there again and I will not book through CheapTickets again.

I stayed at this hotel by mistake several years ago because my original accomadation was over booked. To my suprise this ... hotel was only $25.00 more and I was rewarded with a higher quality stay not to mention off the highway I needed to travel for my monthly trip to Sedona. I will continue to stay at this location. The manager there was incredible simply because I had missed my flight which made me having to drive into Arizona. I arrived at the property sometime nearing 2am and without any issue she checked me in and gave me my key. GOOD JOB COMFORT INN.. I LOVE YA..

My stay at Phoenix, AZ Comfort Inn was a very pleasant one. My Step-daughter and I went there for her to audition for ... American Idol. The Staff there was exceptional and very friendly and helpful. If ever in the area again, I would stay there again!

The Comfort Inn, Phoenix was comfortable and convenient to all the places we wanted to see. We had stayed here 4 years ago ... and decided to return. It's very nice to have a continental breakfast each day and it was a nice start to the day. I liked having the sink area separate from the bathroom. The sink, microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker were great. We'll probably return next year!

Convenient location for visit

The hotel is hard to get to initially, located on a one way street - going the opposite way. Kind of stuck next to an empty ... lot. I was bothered somewhat by the checkin clerk on the phone having a personal conversation while helping me. The room was OK - sufficient for the price. Missed the continental breakfast because it ended at 9 even on the weekends. Nice shower head!
