Perfect location for our stay!
Anne-Marie Jul 30, 2009
My friend and I came to Cleveland from Buffalo, NY to attend a concert at the Wolstein Center. It was a perfect location! No ... need to drive the car there and have to pay for parking. We could walk right over to the arena! The hotel was clean and quiet and we enjoyed the continental breakfast!

It's walking distance to the Wolstein Center (right in back of hotel)if you're going to an event there!

Fine
Just Me Jul 29, 2009
It had been billed as within walking distance--when I called to ask if we should park at the hotel, then walk to Rock Hall of ... Fame, clerk recommended park at Rock then drive to hotel. I agreed with her advice. I was trying to save on parking, but I think I would not have enjoyed the walk at night. Everything felt safe, clean and comfy.

Comfort Inn is now my only Cleveland hotel!
Andrew Sep 16, 2008
It was just okay with me, dog. But our stay in September, 2008, was wonderful. Every staff member we encountered was ... very friendly, even when interrupted for questions. Progressive Field was an easy walk for the Indians game. Parking was easy and inexpensive. My wife and I will recommend this hotel to any friend or relative staying on the lakefront!

Great accommodations

My stay at the Comfort Inn was quite enjoyable, clean and comfortable. The room was so much nicer than we had imagined, and ... for the price, it was the best value for a hotel that I have experienced for quite a while. I plan on making this my hotel of choice when I visit the Cleveland area next year.

The nearby Italian restaurant had a fabulous menu, and the price was comparable to restaurants with agreat atmosphere and decor.

Very poor
Tammy Sep 19, 2007
The first room I was given smelled like someone had urinated on the carpet. I was moved to a different room which was ... moderately clean. The in-room coffee pot hadn't been cleaned and there was a long black hair on it. If there had been any other hotels available - I would have moved. No restaurant facilities for lunch or dinner. The nearby fast food restaurants were dirty and offered limited choices. I would never stay here again - or recommend it to anyone else.

Upon walking in my room and seeing the stained carpets the King size bed in this little area and the TV that barely worked I ... was Very Dissatified, The window feel out on my Fiances leg while we were laying in the bed, I had to talk to the manager and the General manager who assured me they would refund my money by June 4th 2007.
