We were visiting our daughter attending SUNT at Albany. The hotel is convenient to the University and located on Wolf Road, ... where there are many restaurants, shopping, and other things to do. The king size deluxe room was large, clean,new, and very well appointed. The staff was very friendly, helpful,and attentive. We will definitely be back.

I loved the bed! The mattress was so comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping in a new place on the first night, but ... here at the Cocca's Inn, I felt right at home.

I thought it was a good place to have a quick sleep before getting back on the road. My only major concern was that the price ... was much more than what you were actually getting.

I arrived about 2 am in the morning after spending 1 hour looking for the place. That was my fault since I put the wrong ... address down when using mapquest. Now I get my room and it smells likes like urine. And it was cold. the heat took over 2 hours to warm the rooms up. I had to get up early to drive so I figured I would deal with the smell. That was the worst mistake I ever made. I smelled like warm urine after the room heated up. I could not believe they had a room that smelled like this. I felt like I needed to get a booster shot after I left the next morning. I guess I could have asked for another room but come on. That was unacceptable. I will never use that hotel again.

I WISH MY ROOM RESEMBLED THE PHOTOS ON YOUR WEB SITE!!! PROVIDED PRIOR TO BOOKING THIS ROOM!!!!I arrived on the 30th of ... Sept. to find the accommodations to be NOTHING that I expected. I left within the hour! I cannot drive at night, I can't see well enough to do so. My family drove to Albany the night of the 30th to get me from the hotel. [...]There was NOTHING to indicate the hotel room was located at the entrance to the freeway. Nor that my room would be outside next to the freeway. I asked about a room on the inside of the hotel and was told my room was outside because that's the price I paid. [...] The room was so small there was very little room. Constant traffic and people moving outside the window. Which by the way was next to the bed (with the exception of a chair in between), the window was right next the parking lot and freeway access. The photos provided were NOTHING like the room I was given!!! NOTHING was as indicated or advertised when I booked this room!!! Nor was there any indication the room would smell as though it had been converted from a smoking room to a non-smoking room!!!I [...]

The hotel is very close to the NYS 87. If you are not use to the noise of car traffic do not stay here. If that does not ... bother you this is a nice, safe and comfortable place to stay. This location is across the stree from the crossgate mall and many stores. So if you forget anything you do not need to worry because you can easily purchase the item once you get there. Since you are so close to the highway you can easily travel to Saratoga or stay right in Albany and view all of the sights in the capital of NY. This is not a fancy place but it is clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful (which is important when travel with a young child). There is parking for your car but there is no place to sit outside or walk around outside if that is important to you.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Cocca's Inn & Suites. Although the room was small it was very adequate and ... nice and clean. We were very comfortable during our stay and noise was not a problem. Good location and we would certainly go back to stay again or recommend it to friends.

We were a couple on our way to Lake George and decided to stay here one night at the pettite queen size bed room. The place ... was good for the price due to its close proximity to shopping center, Movie theater, IHOP, and Cheesecake Factory restaurant. bed sheets were not too clean we were a little bit disgusted by that, but the small room had a very clean bathroom and very hot water which was a plus.

Wish I called the hotel directly.

Fault is with both Orbitz and the Hotel. I booked a reservation for 2 adults at an advertized rate. What I got was a dirty ... cramped corner petite room with a single queen bed. Within minutes of realizing what I was confirmed for, I called both Orbitz and the Hotel and got the runaround. I was told there was nothing they could do for me. Here I was stuck with an infant, in the worst hotel room i've ever been in...it was non-smoking but smelled horrible, the carpet had food stains, side table still had cookie crumbs and spilled water from the previous occupants, no remote in the room, continental breakfast was waffles and coffee. No microwaves in the rooms??? seriously? Don't be fooled by the ratings you see online..this place had 4 stars out of 5. I wonder who was rating this place. If I could have cancelled this reservation after seeing what the room looked like, I would have spent a better night in my car. My clothes still smell of that hotel a full 24 hours later.

The hotel was small but convenient to shopping as I WAS taking my daughter back to school. It was considerably smaller than ... the pictures suggested, but the room was clean and acceptable, and again location helped a lot. However, the "breakfast included" was very poor, stale, broken equipment, the worst part of the experience by far!

Visiting Albany is something we like to do often and ever since we discovered Cocca's it couldn't be better. We always stay ... in a Jacuzzi room which makes the stay even more perfect. With the mall across the road and dining close by this hotel couldn't be better situated aside from the difficulty at times getting out onto busy Wolf rd. What's even better is we can bring our two dogs along for only $20 extra a night!

Cocca's was the perfect little place for my leisurely visit. I stayed in an adorable "Petite Queen Exterior" room, and, ... although a little more petite than expected, it suited my boyfriend and I just fine. Our visit was very short - a whole day! - and to be picky the only thing we could have asked for was a little bit bigger of a bathroom. But, then again, we ordered petite, we got petite. So at least the hotel is honest. Hotel attendant was friendly and very easy to work with. Cleaning/Maid service was good as well. Nothing like coming back to a nice clean, tidy room and fresh towels. The location of the hotel was really convenient. Wolf Road is well known for having a plethora of restaurants and shops, as well as the Colonie Shopping center. Cocca's was actually RIGHT across the street from Colonie center, and RIGHT on the corner of Wolf & Central. My only qualm with the location was the cement median between the 4 lanes of traffic, which makes missing the left side entrance to Cocca's (coming off of 87, that is) VERY easy. And when you're leaving Cocca's you can only turn right (again, b/c of the median). But, not a big deal - a little U-turn once in a while never hurt anybody ;-). Price for the room = AWESOME. I would say I'd stay at Cocca's again, and would recommend it to others.

The room was little more than a closet with a bed and a bathroom that an average person would not fit in to. Everything was ... dirty. There were hairs on the ceiling. The complimentary shampoo smelled terrible. For the same amount of money, I have stayed in much nicer places with more room and greater amenities.

Our Stay way great. The staff was friendly and informative. Everything is near by; the mall, so many restaurants. The ... rooms are small and you are next to the highway but you really don't hear cars at all. We had the petite queen and our room was great. For the price you can't beat the room and location. We would stay again and our little Yorkie seemed to like it too!
