Just opt for the hotel valet. It's the easiest option.

hotel was satisfactory, in a good location. there was a scam in which there were fake valet parkers out front of the hotel ... on a saturday night, but instead of parking the cars they were stealing them. I don't blame the hotel for this though. Just be aware of your surroundings and don't make bad decisions. The gated lot outside of the hotel was also not as comforting as it sounds, on the first day we saw a homeless guy trying to break into a caddi. So like I said be aware, don't leave valuables in the car, and have fun, is an exciting location that is great for walking to bourbon st.

Noisy and in Rough Area
Unhappy Camper Jul 27, 2009
It took more than 40 minutes TWICE for valet parking to get our car for us. And the noise from hot rodders just outside the ... hotel was terrible. They parked across the street and honked air horns and revved engines all night. Why the hotel didn't get the cops to stop it I don't know. Also, you have to walk thru some pretty rough stretches between the hotel and French Quarter. Lots of shady people just standing around. In fact, we walked by a fight on the sidewalk less than one block from hotel.

It was just ok
friendly traveler Jul 7, 2009
Located on the outskirts of the French Quarter. The elevators were a little scary and the rooms were rather small, but the ... staff was friendly. I do not think I would stay there again. I would probably stay at hotel that had a little bit more New Orleans feel to it and a little further in the French Quarter.

Would recommend hotel most definitely
Teewinn Jul 1, 2009
The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were very nice. Clean. Would definitely stay there again and again. If I had to ... say anything bad about my stay there. I truly can't. The coffee pot items were scarce. That would be it oh and TV and Cable could use some minor improvements. But then again for price and all it was great..

Only a few blocks from Bourbon Street, Riverwalk, French market and Casino. Very Convienient to all attractions. Too Far too walk but short straight drive down Canal Street which is where all attractions are as well as the hotel. Loved it.

Staff was not helpful when checking in for new visitors to New Orleans. Surprise with cost to keep a car on their lot (not ... mentioned on web-site). No Amenities offered. However, the bed was extremely comfortable, there was a kitchenette with small fridge. Convenient to pick up the trolly to get to the French Quarter/Market.

The trolly/street car is located in front of the hotel and is only $1.25 to ride to drop you off closer to the French Quarter/Market Area.

Great location for the French Quarter

The staff was first rate. They went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. It was close to the french quarter. I passed ... many more expensive hotels after only going a couple of blocks. Could walk to places like Bourbon Street, The Aquarium and Jackson square in just a few minutes.

Amazing Hotel for an Affordable Price
Genevieve II May 17, 2009
My boyfriend and I had stayed at Clairion Inn & Suites right next to the French Quarter because the listing we found on ... Orbitz was affordable and very detail oriented. We were very pleased with our stay with the hotel staff being exceptionally hospitable, being taken care of with valet parking, and enjoying our complimentary breakfast the next morning (which is especially important in these harsh economic times!). The only thing that was missing was a pool, otherwise, Clairion is an amazing place to stay!
