Would recommend to a friend!

We were left waiting at the airport, in the cold & wind for over an hour for a taxi that was to replace the hotel van that ... wasn't working. After numerous calls to the front desk I asked if we took a taxi on our own would they pay. The reply was yes. However, after we got a Yellow Taxi & started on our way, the hotel called to say the manager ([...]) would not pay as Yellow charges twice as much as the service they use. The young woman at the front desk ([...]) tried her best. Since she was unable to reduce the room rate due to booking thru CT, she put us in a suite.

Room needs repairs and updating. Breakfast average. Dining area appeared clean at first. Once in the bathroom grout was ... dirty, hook on door was gone. Dining area had a few crumbs that were there prior to the morning crowd. I would not say it was filthy, nor would I say it was clean. Reviews I read were not accurate for this stay, and they were within less than a year of our stay.

The room was ok and relatively quiet. The bed was comfortable. The wifi worked. The person checking us in was very polite but ... had a problem with our "third-party" reservation and did not take us out of her inventory of available rooms. She proceeded to book someone else into our room and gave them working key cards. Fortunately, we had the security latch on our door and they could not enter. She then came to our room (no phone call), knocked but did not identify herself and tried to open the door. We got the situation straightened out but discovered when we returned from dinner at 10pm that the exterior door did not close properly which meant there was no security in the hotel. Also, our cards would not work in our door. We had to go to the desk yet again to get working key cards. As a parting gesture, the two cleaning persons were smoking while sitting on a concrete pad directly in front of the unlocked exterior door. One slid over so we could get out.

The staff were very accomadating. My little boy only drinks milk, and at 2 in the afternoon when I asked to buy some milk, ... they gave it to me and said to just come back when he wanted more! That makes it worth it! I will definately choose them again!

My boyfriend and I had a great weekend staying with Clarion. The rooms were amazingly spotless great service from the staff. ... The breakfast was surprisingly nice they had plenty of choices from waffles to hard boiled eggs. The only problem we had was at the time there were some problems with the hotel's wireless internet, but even then the staff was very nice offering alternate ways to connect.

Hotel staff was wonderful and helped me anyway they could. Room airconditioner was noisy dust was on the phone and pictures ... and I killed two spiders in the bathroom. I also had to have my keys reprogramed twice because the scanner on the door failed to read them.

The price of the room was very reasonable, but, as they say, you get what you pay for. The hallways and rooms were not very ... clean, although the beds were freshly made and the sheets white and spotless. The breakfast buffet was excellent and, overall, the stay is about what you would expect from a hotel in this price range.

Upon arrival to the room, there was a dead bug in the bathroom on the floor. Our last night in the room I almost stepped on ... a huge brown spider. My daughter and I screamed. The floor had not been vacuumed well between the dresser/tv, lamp and desk. Due to the darkness of the carpet, spider was not easy to see. There was black specks on the top of one of the beds. Otherwise, the bathroom, vanity and desk was clean. The hotel was quiet until I was awaken by another guest at 2:30 a.m. She had the wrong room and apologized. The continental breakfast could have used a better variety of cereal, more muffins, fruits and more non-stick spray for the waffle maker. The last morning of our stay, there was no juice or milk. The time was only 7:30. We left and went to McD's for breakfast.

The outside looks odd, but the room was great! The staff was super. It was a wonderful time and I will stay there again. ... You can't beat it! The only reason we had problems with dining was because it was really late.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and will be repeat customers for each trip we make to visit family in ... Ohio. Driving from Mississippi, it's a long drive and we always have a peaceful and quiet stay and get a good nights sleep and a great breakfast to get us going again the next day.

This was listed as a three star, but is in need of serious clean up. Also some maintenance items very obvious. The entry way ... form the parking lot had a frame and grill of the air handling system. First time I ever had a roach in my room. Staff was friendly and breakfast was fine.

We were passing through area on a road trip and stopped for the night. The hotel can be a bit tricky to find for the ... directionally challenged but was worth it. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The A/C and appliances worked well. The large desk in the corner left plenty of room for laptops and enough outlets to charge a number of electronic devices. The lobby was inviting and breakfast was good. Would visit again.

Very good price for this area.

We were traveling to see family in Ohio and stopped for the night after a very long day of driving from MS. The hotel was ... quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We got a great nights sleep, a quick breakfast and was ready to continue our journey. When I got home I realized I had lost my keys and someone from Blockbuster in Florence, KY called me and said that one of the clerks from the hotel noticed my Blockbuster card on my keychain and brought it to their store so they could contact me. The keys were mailed to me. I couldn't believe the clerk at Clarion was so nice and thoughtful to take the time to do that. We will stay here twice a year, every year on our way to see family. Thank you so much Clarion!!
