the hotel room was clean and spacious. the location was great. the only complaint I have is with the front desk personnel. ... She was not welcoming at all.

The rooms were clean. The elevators were not working. The guest that stayed had to carry their luggage to the third and ... fourth floors using the stairwell.The breakfeast bar was very limited, no real choices. The resturaunt at supper only had a buffet. At check in the front desk help which was only one person was constantly on the phone.It took twenty minutes to check in due to lack of help. I am a frequent traveler for business and stay in hotels at least 130 nights per year.This hotel has been the worst I have stayed in.The staff was friendly but had nothing to work with.
