Hotel is located one mile east of the airport. Our hotel has a resort style atmosphere with business amenities. We offer a free full American breakfast, free T1 Internet in all sleeping rooms and public areas, USA Today, a large pool, spa and exercise room, putting green available at no additional charge, free business center, gift shop, ATM, HBO, Pay-per-view movies and free shuttle service to the airport. Our restaurant, the Island Grill has steak and seafood with an Island twist and the Bamboo Lounge offers live entertainment Wed - Sat. Free direct and wireless high-speed Internet in all rooms. We are a non-smoking hotel. All rooms renovated January 2008! Credit card required at check in or a 100.00 deposit will be required, refunded at check out after room inspection.

I previously stayed at this hotel and thought it was great because of the price, free internet and hot breakfast. This time, ... I booked the hotel for 4 days because of the price, free internet and hot breakfast. Only fter checking in, I was told that the free hot breakfst was now a continetal breakfast (I cululd get a breakfast buffet if I paid). I first tried gettig on the internet on the second day. There was no connection. I went to the front desk and asked about the internet service. I was informed that improvements were being done and that I should have known about the problems because a letter was left in my room informing me that there may be problems with internet connection. There was no letter in my rooom. My room key failed on the second day and when I went to the front desk, there was no apology for the inconvenience and was given new keys. After all this, upon ckeck out I was not asked how I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The web site specifically says that a "full hot breakfast" and free "internet" is provided. If I could give it a "zero" stars I would.

not a bad hotel, but the internet was down for two days and traveling on business this was bad. No compensation offered or ... real apologies, just were trying to fix it. Look to a holiday inn or some other hotel with reliable internet and a good history from people who have stayed there.

We enjoyed a couple of drinks in the Bamboo lounge and decided to have something to eat. Everything was delicious, bar staff ... was accommodating and pleasant. It was quiet at 5:30-7pm just what we needed after a day of traveling. There's lots of food choice in the vicinity of the hotel so you aren't limited but the hotel food suit us just fine.

We were on a trip from Chicago to Honolulu and we wanted to spread the flight over two days. It worked out great to stay for ... one night on the front end and another on the back end. It was clean, quiet and the beds and pillows were excellent. The shuttle service was good also. We used the restaurant within the hotel (Island Grill) for our evening meal and the wonderful free breakfast in the morning on both pre-Honolulu and post-Honolulu. An excellent hotel at a reasonable price!!

I stayed at this Hotel for a weeklong workshop and couldn't have asked for more. Staff was friendly and helpful and the ... Island Grill had great food that was reasonably priced, with a free full breakfast buffet each morning. There's a safe and refridgerator in each room and the rooms are very clean. The free wireless internet service was easy to use and with good speed as well. Although I didn't have time to use the pool, it was well kept and huge with a hot tub beside it. I didn't use the fitness room, but it seemed to offer a vast array of exercise equipment.

I chose this property because they are very close to the airport (6:30 AM flight!) and they have a free shuttle every 1/2 ... hour. The dining room was a bit pricey, but the food was great and the service was among the friendliest I have experienced.

Clarion Hotel San Jose Airport, San Jose, California was a very nice and clean hotel. Our room was very nice and clean. We ... were on the first floor so that gave us very close access to almost everything. The only bad thing was the parking. I am not sure if it was for the season or what was the exact reason but our only complaint was the hotel parking! We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast that the hotel offered! I would indeed reccommend this hotel to a friend or someone who is unfamiliar with the area!

The Clarion Hotel was very comfortable, the room was clean and comfortable. I liked the space to hang cloths, th ironning ... board became handy. We are planning to come and stay in Clarion for our vacation. Thank you so much for your courtesy and professionalism. I recomended Clarion to my family.

The Clarion was very convenient to get to from the airport. Check In was easy and the clerk very helpful and friendly. We ... found the room to be very clean, which I find to be the most important when traveling. The dining at the hotel was convenient and tasty! Workout and pool area very clean and well kept. I would most certainly recommend this hotel to others for business trips or family leasure trips.
