On the Chicago Grand Tour you will travel through both the North Side and South Side business and residential districts. You will visit all the beautiful parks, Lincoln Park, Washington Park, and Grant Park and tour virtually the entire length of the scenic Outer Drive. A stop will be made at the fascinating Lincoln Park Conservatory and a camera stop will be made at the Adler Planetarium for its breathtaking view (an alternate stop may sometimes be substituted).

You also have the option to add a visit to the John Hancock building.

Additional Information
Tour operates daily at 9:30am and 1:30pm during the high season (June 1 - September 31) and at 10:00am only during the low season (October 1 - May 31). Not available on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and Easter Sunday.

Redemption Instructions

Once you have completed your purchase, you will get an e-mail linking to a voucher for each attraction and service. You must print the voucher and present it in order to gain admission or redeem services.

Present your voucher at the Gray Line Ticket Office at 17 East Monroe Street - Ground Floor of the Palmer House Hotel at least 20 minutes before your tour start time OR call Gray Line at least 1 hour before your tour start time for free pick-up service from any downtown Chicago hotel. The phone number will appear under Redemption Instructions on your voucher.

Cancellation Rules

Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services.
