not very clean shower kept changing temp no heat to turn on did not receive housekeeping everyday had to ask for it ...

it was in a part of town that looked like every thing closed up shop and left there were people in the parking lot smoking ... and had there loud radios cranked up. the sheets were blood stained and had cigerret burns in a non smoking room the doors didnt lock they were broken off the wall the head board fell of the wall in the middle of the night there was no cable. the desk clerk was more interested in texting than to help me. needs a ton of remodeling. and to top all that off the cops were there in the morning when i checked out with the patty wagon. the location was the only thing that was good it was next to the 435 and everything i needed was 5-10 miles down that highway. if it was the only unfilled motel left in KC would be the only way i would stay there again. pay the extra money get a better place than this

"You get what you pay for" is appropriate. The door to my room had been kicked in at some point. The air conditioner leaked ... on the floor so the carpet was soaked. There were no local TV channels. I would have been better paying more for a better hotel!

Passing Through? This One Will Do.

I was tired and needed a inexpensive room with internet service, and a safe location for one night. This location satified ... those requirements. However, I would only return to this location under the same circumstances (I'm desperately needing to relax from driving all day and too tired to worry about the carpet and towel stains, or the peeling decorative wall coverings). There's no iron or coffeemaker in the room, but you can easily call to obtain service from the front desk staff who were very friendly.
