Great family time

We chose this hotel because of the location to the airport and the distance to our family's house. The beds were the best ... I've had for sleeping. I was not very happy with the fact that they didn't have a continental breakfast with the price of the hotel stay. The coffee on the other hand was probably the worst I've ever had! I was not able to drink it at all. The staff was very helpful.

We were at the hotel for a wedding in the area. Many people including ourselves had stayed at the hotel as rooms were blocked ... off for the out of town guest. Our first two days were pretty good only complaints were that our Key Cards would not stay activated, and the shuttle driver at the time had no idea on a if a location we needed to go to for a part of the wedding gathering was in their 5 mile radius to drives us. Long story short, my Family and I enjoyed the Pool, the Room was very clean, and the cleaning people were VERY FRIENDLY and tried to do whatever it took to make the group happy! Front desk staff tried to be friendly but FAILED!!! When ever we needed something they did A LOT of complaining about being "understaffed" and "Not being able to get their work done" I could go on and on but I will not... JUST BEWARE...Very nice rooms, pool, laundry room, gym, cleaning people!!!! BAD FRONT DESK STAFF =(

there were limited amenities which were promised. Our room was not ready at LATE check-in. It took 3 tries to find a room ... ready to check-in to. No extra towels, rooms seemed used beyond age of hotel. Front staff was "busy" shopping online and talking to mom on the cell phone.

Overall the stay was good. THe room was clean and the location was only 15-20 minutes from most sites. Save the broken dvd ... player and ice-maker and the fact that we had to switch out towels and linens (maid service weekly), the stay was great.

We choose this hotel because it was at a great price and it was new. We arrived late but the exact room we reserved was there ... when we arrived. We requested a handicap room. This room was extra large and very handicap friendly. This hotel made my mother's 89th birthday special.
