Not the 5 Star we were thinking!!!

After checking in at the front desk, they made a mistake and put us in the wrong room (an upgrade) We stayed there for two ... nights before the manager realized this and downsized us. Very rude and told us to have everything out by 10am. Not very good customer service!

The hotel location and grounds were beautiful and very relaxing. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and taking in the sun and ... great view of Camelback Mountain. While there were a lot of children at the pool, it still was a nice, relaxing day. Later that evening we had dinner at Rita's Kitchen, which was great. We the moved into the R Bar for drinks on the beautiful patio.

The Camelback Inn was extremely relaxing. Great setting in between Camelback and Mummy Mountains in the center of town. The ... property is currently under some construction which limited access to some amenities, but the staff and service were great.
