Chef Jean-Marie Josselin combines classical European and Asian culinary techniques with ethnic ingredients of the Pacific Rim and the freshest seafood of the Islands.
The brilliantly decorated Neros restaurant offers creative, contemporary American cuisine, beautifully presented and meticulously prepared, specializing in fresh fish, seafood and prime, dry-aged beef.
Located on the 2nd floor of Augustus Tower, this elegant experience mirrors the Restaurant Guy Savoy in Paris, from its intimate dining rooms of rich, deep wood, accented in stone, leather, and contemporary art, to its menu of classic Guy Savoy dishes - like a dark chocolate ganache and chocolate sorbet, Artichoke and Black Truffle Soup garnished with toasted mushroom brioche and truffle butter, and Cote de gros turbot a l'oeuf en salade et soupe: a salad of steamed turbot, spinach and a poached egg nestled on a slotted platter that sits atop a soup bowl with warm fish bouillon garnished with garlic and potato. Boasting sweeping views of the Roman Plaza and the Las Vegas Strip, the restaurant is balanced by an enclosed patio located off the main dining room and a Champagne and wine bar that is anchored by a comforting fireplace.
Hyakumi features exotic Japanese specialties, sushi, Teppan Yaki or a la carte dining.
Famed Bay Area chef Bradley Ogden, whose new take on classic "farm fresh" American cuisine has earned him national acclaim and a gallery of top culinary awards, opened his first restaurant outside of California at Caesars Palace.
Direct from mainland China, Sea Harbour features award-winning authentic Cantonese seafood, including live-to-table selections and exquisite abalone. Open seven nights weekly for dinner only.
International and American favorites anytime day or night. This poolside dining experience offers an extensive a la carte menu and buffet.
Award-winning chef, best-selling cookbook author, and popular television personality Bobby Flay brings the vibrant Southwestern cuisine of his acclaimed Mesa Grill to Las Vegas with his first restaurant outside of New York City at Caesars Palace.

Serendipity 3, one of New York City's most beloved eateries with more than 50 years of history, comes to Caesars Palace! Offering guests a whimsical cafe with many similarities to its New York location, the over-the-top desserts and sweets are perfect for the ultimate indulgence. The menu combines transplanted favorites like the Forbidden Broadway Sundae and Frrrozen Hot Chocolate with new Vegas creations like "Strip" Steak Sandwiches and the Jackpot Sundae.

Two small "Rao's Rooms" - just 10 tables each - flank the bar and central space, while the "Feast Room" seats 70 at family-style tables amid the twinkle of Christmas lights. "The Park" is a 50-seat lounge that conjures an al-fresco-like atmosphere and features a replica of Rao's famous street corner facade. I love this Hotel. Great location, nice staff. One small glitch this time, the shower door did not stay closed and leaked ... water onto the floor. I told the staff and they said they would fix it but it still leaked and I had to make sure there were lots of towels on the floor to mop it up. Otherwise a great Hotel.

it all started with we couldnt check in when we arrived so for 5 hours we had no room. when i could check in i waited in line ... for 1hr only to be greated by a very short and unfriendly employee. could not charge to room at the pool without a picture id which we kept in the safe that day. the room was not clean stains on the carpet something splattered on the bathroom ceiling. no express check out on the tv or receipt under your door. another 1hr wait. Very very exspensive drinks and pool side food. spa was wonderful and the gym but of course that is how the other half was treated. we did last day and well worth the money.

Caesars Palace Hotel Review
Sly Oct 19, 2009
No ice in our building, had to call housekeeping each time we wanted ice. Extension cords running to all electric items ... (lamps, clocks). Last night there, water dripping from ceiling onto me and the bed. Would not move me to a new room. Took the staff 2.5 - 3 hours to get things taken care of. Got 2 hours sleep that night! Caesars Palace will NEVER be a choice of mine in the future.

Hotel review (Caesars Palace)
Umich Oct 19, 2009
The hotel lobby, casino, and exterior were prestigious but the room was small, there was a burn/stain on the carpet and the ... TV/picture quality in the room was poor. The wires coming thru the wall were exposed (no cable junction box..just a large hole in the wall) and coupled together poorly and we had to play around with them to get a picture. The hotel may want to upgrade the wiring and TV. Overall the hotel was nice but the rooms in other hotels were larger, cleaner and seemed newer.

Great hotel, clean rooms and a lot to do. The only problem was we bugeted for this trip and once we got there Ceasars Palace ... blew that budget out with all the additional charges. Twenty five dollars per day to work out, thirty dollars to reserve a seat by the pool, twenty dollar breakfast buffet and charges for anything else that you would like to do besides sitting in your room.

First stay at Caesars Palace
Traveling Lady Oct 16, 2009
Caesars is at a great location in the middle of the strip. Everything is pretty easily accessible. We were given the chance ... to upgrade our room for a discounted rate, but chose to stay with our basic room since we were only there to sleep anyway. Other than having a view of a mountain and another building, the room was fine. There were quite a few dining options, but they were all very pricey. Plan to have extra money for dining, even if it's just a hamburger or hot dog. Only thing I can think of that would have made the trip better was the hotel having a refrigerator. It would have been nice to go back to the room after a long walk and have a nice cold drink there.

Memorable trip to Caesars Palace
Lindsay Oct 13, 2009
I wanted to take my boyfriend to Vegas for his first time on his birthday. I was very hesitant after reading reviews about ... the customer service at Caesars Palace when booked through a third party travel agency. However, we arrived early for check-in and sent our bags to the bell desk and patiently waited in line. My boyfriend chatted with an employee about where to go to lunch and he picked us and a few other groups out of the line to check-in at the "first class diamond" area (aka high rollers and frequent travelers). We made it to our gorgeous room with a beautiful view. Everything was impeccable compared to the horror stories of unmade rooms which was the complete opposite of the condition of our fabulous room. All I can say is the food was delicious, the staff (especially the waitresses by the pool) were more than friendly, the shopping plaza was a shoppaholic's dream come true, the spa was very relaxing with plenty of options (a little more pricey than other spas i've been too and a little small) but we even won big at the casino! All together, Caesars went above and beyond my expectations and I highly recommend this hotel to any other couples for a great, romantic getaway.

Turbo Oct 13, 2009
I never stayed at the classic rooms before (previous experience was in a suite) but was surprised how big the room was. The ... sofa and table made it easy for my friends to play some in room poker. The casino itself is great. I don't like to be bear too many smokers when I play and found that the air is better in ceasar compared to most other casinos. Also the fact that Cesar is near the middle of the strip helped our planning a lot. We had one day where we would do activities top of the strip and another on the bottom of the strip. The buffet was alright but not compared to bellagio. The Augustus cafe has one of the greatest breakfast food that you can get anytime. Overall we all enjoyed our stay and are planning our next trip out.
Traveler type: Couples
Augustus cafe has great breakfat 24/7. Their other food portions are large so prepare to take it back to your room or be very full.
