Boulder Station is a nice place to stay. I wasn't to happy when we checked in to find out there is a $14.55 Hotel service fee ... per day. I always like to to know what the total cost of the room before I check in. I didn't see this fee listed any where on the web site.

I was traveling for business with another man and therefore had booked two beds. When we arrived late and tired we were ... advised that they "had given away our room". I had to sleep on a cot for the first night. This certainly wasn't impressive since the room was booked a month ago.

"Don't charge me for what I did not use"
Merry May 18, 2009
I mostly played bingo while I was at the hotel. There was definitely something missing,(comfortable bedding). Sleeping and ... relaxing was very hard to do because the beds were like cardboard. My experience, I would say was not a good one. I did not like being charged extra for hotel services (amenities) that I did not use, (ie, swimming pool, internet and long distance telephone calls). I really feel that if one does not make use of these amenities, one should not have to pay for them. For that reason alone, I would not use this Hotel again.

The ok and disgusting experience
TRAVELING COUPLE May 17, 2009
We went to visit the hotels. We booked for a king bed, when we arrived they booked us for a twin bed. Only available was a ... king bed (handicap room) next to the elevator. We experienced guest traffic and talking in and out of the elevators all night. Next morning husband woke up to find NAIL CLIPPING NEXT TO HIS FOAM PILLOW. We didn't even had real pillows therefore didn't get a decent sleep after flying 7 hours. On the bottom sheet found a large hole not to mention also on the towels. The only restaurant openned at late hours at the hotel the food was not good. Recommend to go to Sams Restaurant at late hours. The next day they changed us to another floor but the blow dryer didn't work. They refused to give us any discount off there extra fees they charge daily for the second night. The Web gives an ok image due to the wall papers but its an old room. Bathroom lights are extremely dim and everything looks dark and yellow therefore you can't tell if its dirty or not. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO NO ONE. Brkfast buffet is good but MUCH BETTER IS SAM'S HOTEL MINUTES FROM THIS HOTEL AND DESSERT IS EXCELLENT.
