Hours and dates of operation for individual attractions vary. All attraction hours and dates of operation are noted on the back of each ticket, or visit their web sites for more information. Some attractions are closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas, please check with them if traveling during these time periods.

Redemption Instructions
When you reserve your CityPass online you will be asked to print a voucher to present when you arrive at your destination. Photo ID will be requested to verify your identity when you exchange your voucher for the CityPass booklet.
Redeem your voucher at the ticket office of any of the following attractions: The New England Aquarium, Harvard Museum of Natural History, John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum, Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, Museum of Science and the Skywalk Observatory at the Prudential Center. You will receive a Boston CityPass ticket booklet.
You have 9 days to visit each attraction from the first day of use. Once you have redeemed your voucher at any of the CityPass attractions you will receive your ticket booklet. Simply present your booklet on your way into each attraction. The agent will remove that attraction's ticket, and you're in. (Tickets are void if removed from the CityPass booklet).

Voucher may be redeemed for a ticket booklet at any of the listed locations. Voucher may only be redeemed once.
Cancellation Rules
Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.
