The Body Holiday was a perfect respite from everyday stress. Cell phone use is quite limited and the resort is small and ... quaint. Quiet holiday with the exception of a notable young singer who was staying there. The trip from the airport was longer than expected, but once you arrive, your cares melt away.

Cocoa plantations, mountains,etc... takes 2 hours by boat or car to reach.

St Lucians are Awesome. Everyone, not just the hotel staff wants to make travelers feel welcome. The hotel staff was beyond ... great. The room was nice. Tai-Chi, Yoga, Gold Lessons, Scuba, Tennis.. and the list goes on are all included. You MUST take the Tai-Chi class and even if your a pro golfer, take the time to return to the basics of golf, take a class and work on your swing. The waterfront staff is excellent. Had a great first experience sailing, took my first NIGHT dive right off the beach of the hotel was AMAZING. If you don't dive you MUST scuba... the reef is one of the best I've seen. GOTO LESPORT..... get back your mind
