Terrific value! Wonderful front desk staff. Excellent, filling buffet breakfast. Free internet access in comfortable ... (small) business center. Only way to go when having an early morning flight from Dublin. Quite some distance from city center, which is a plus in some ways (street noise). Best way to get to and from town is a three day bus pass, which includes a hop-on, hop-off sight seeing bus (very worthwhile). I felt entirely at home here, and definitely will return.

To save money to get into Dublin and back, we took the airport shuttle to the airport and purchased a day pass for the express bus into Dublin centre for 10euro for two people. Both busses are express so it took only 25 minutes into town. I think the last bus out of Dublin departs at 11:30pm.

The shuttle bus is right outside the airport and is literally just minutes from the hotel. When we arrived all of our check ... in information was there so they just assigned us a room, quick and we were off to our spacious, modern and clean room. Catching the shuttle bus back to the airport was easy and stress free. I would definately recommend staying here if being close to the airport is a concern.

We had a one night stay at the Dublin Airport Bewley's. Nice, modern hotel. Very convenient to the airport with a 24 hour ... free shuttle. The main lobby doubles as a large bar area and was very active. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were modern. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I loved the 24 hour business center with free internet access and printing as well as the free wireless internet access throughout. All of this for less than $80! To get to City Center, you just need to take the airport shuttle back to the airport and catch a bus downtown. Very convenient and a lot cheaper than renting a car and/or staying in City Center. If you are staying in Dublin for a while, you would probably want to be closer to the City. However, if you are there for a long layover overnight, this place is perfect!
Traveler type: Couples
Buses from city center stop running around 11 or 11:30 at night, so it can get expensive if you get stuck with a cab ride back (30 Euros or so).

Bewley's Hotel Dublin Airport Review
Ireland Visitor Sep 28, 2009
We stayed at the hotel because it was close to the airport. We wish the hotel had a free shuttle to downtown Dublin. A taxi ... would have been our only alternative at 25 bucks on way. We had hoped to go into town for dinner the night before flying out the next morning but decided to eat in the restaurant. The restaurant staff was excellent but the food was very mediocre. The next time I wonder if it would make more sense to pay a little more and stay downtown the night before our flight out of the country. Most downtown hotels have free shuttle service to and from the airport which would have allowed us to enjoy the downtown area one more night without paying an additional $50 for a taxi ride back and forth to a hotel located near the airport.

Worked very well for our rendezvous (our flights arrived 12 hours apart). Nice good-sized room in light wood tones, comfy ... beds. A little air traffic noise with window open, but none when closed. Modern bath with good tile and fixtures. Free airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes, 24/7, takes 10 minutes. Restaurant said to be good, but was quite pricy, and no alternatives are nearby -- ate snacks instead. Staff were efficient and courteous.

Big Tesco shopping centre is about 2.5 km away down one straight road off further of the 2 roundabouts seen from hotel. Got my eyeglasses fixed, bought stamps, got a decent bite at food court for under 10 euro, bought bread and cheese at Tesco for a cheap dinner at hotel.

Nice Overnight Airport Hotel
Eva Sep 11, 2009
Stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight. The hotel is clean and has a nice lounge/restaurant that serves food and ... plays music until 11p. The staff was friendly and the rooms clean and spacious. The courtesy airport shuttle is also an added convenience. My only dislikes were that my room did not have any toiletries (bar soap, shampoo, etc...) and the hotel is not that easy to find (the address/landmark provided by hotel was wrong).
Traveler type: Friends
It a modern, clean hotel and resonably priced hotel with similar amenities to the higher priced hotels closer to the airport. There is nothing to do in the immediate area so unless you have a car or want to take the shuttle to the airport everyday and catch the airlink bus to the City, I wouldn't recommend staying there long term.

This hotel is beautiful! It is a 7 min. shuttle (free) from the Dublin airport. We picked it for convenience and were VERY ... impressed. This is where the Irish stay- while the Americans were all in the Radison or the Holiday Inn, we enjoyed one final night with the best Irish dinner we'd had (at the hotel restaurant) and then spent the evening in the large lounge which was filled with people enjoying each other. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. The Orbitz deal made this hotel our cheapest night of lodging- even cheaper than a Hostel!

Inexpensive comfort
Pete Aug 24, 2009
The location was near the Dublin airport, making it a great place to stay if you have an early flight. Their 24-hour free ... shuttle service to the airport that runs every 20 minutes was a fantastic feature of the hotel. The hotel is about 6 - 8 miles away from Dublin city center with no public buses operating from the hotel. You can use the free shuttle service to the airport and then hop onto one of the many public buses running into the city. Be sure to grab the rambler pass, it is an unlimited use pass for a day. This pass will pay for itself once you ride the Airlink bus from the airport to the city center. It is definitely cheaper than hiring a taxi and it takes the same amount of time.

We stayed there for 1 night before flying out of the nearby Dublin Airport. Check-in and parking were stressful, as it seemed ... several plane-loads of people were arriving simultaneously. But that is what the place is for, I suppose. It was difficult to find, as they did not provide a numbered address. But the rooms were nice and modern.

Our stay at Bewley's Hotel was a wonderful experience. We were able to find the 24 hour airport shuttle without too much ... trouble and make our way to our accomodations almost immediately. Once there, we were delighted with our spacious and very clean room. We liked the availability of the iron & board, the blow dryer, and especially the coffee and tea service. We were very impressed with the energy efficient rooms and with the motion lighting in the hallways. We were only able to stay in Ireland for a day and half but we were very impressed with the kind and helpful people and with the Bewley's Hotel.
