The Best Western Quail Hollow Inn was a very satisfying experience. The room was very comfortable and the hotel staff ... friendly. The only issue was the lack of shade around the swimming pool. There was none. The availability of umbrellas around some of the pool-side tables would have made this trip outstanding.
