Overall experience was just "okay." Convenient and clean with a friendly staff. Stayed in two different rooms, the last of ... which was very small, the air conditioner made too much noise and, more annoying were the squeaky noises coming from the room above. Both the flooring and mattress springs creaked like an old mansion. The continental breakfast could have been better.

Came into town for the UFC fights. Checked in, went downotn immediately, came back late and went right to bed. Woke up and ... went straight to airport. The room was old, dirty, and in need of repair. The floor had soft spots, the walls carpet and paint needed to be redone, and the door needed to be replaced. The bed was OK but pillows hurt my neck. Worst part was that at about 6am it sounded like someone was running sprints in the room upstairs. It woke up my brother and I in our room, and our dad and other brother in the next room. Ridiculous. The continental breakfast was below average. Best Western is usually decent but this place was grungy.

I stayed here in August of 2009. I've never stayed in a Best western before so I didn't know what to expect. The overall ... appearance was nice as well as the room. Unfortunately, later on through the night, we saw tons of ants in our bathroom. In the morning when we went to get our breakfast, there were fruit flies in most of the food. We did make a complaint, but they did not make any incentives for us to come back.

We think the drive to places were pretty decent. The price was exceptional for us. We feel it was worth the price. Plan out your stay too and check out their Guest directory, it's a big help!

There is a chinese restaurant nearby next to hometown buffet right of wilcox exit to the left side of freeway that is great!!

WiFi is not really available!!!

I needed to walk up and down to the front desk for the WiFi problem! Even the computer in business centre wasn't working! It ... works for little while and then no signals for the entire night! Another problem, I can clearly hear people walking on 3/F(I stayed in 2/F)! The last, the shower curtain fell while I was taking the bath!

Nice hotel with ample parking. Comfy beds and good sized rooms. The elevator provided direct access to parking which was ... good. Plus the hotel had free wi-fi and breakfast :-) The hotel is little far from LA locations that I was planning to visit and it took around 20 mins or more every time I visited any such location.

The way the elevators look, give you a bad first impression. The strong odor (not a bad odor, but noticeable) in the hall ... adds uncertainty; however, the rooms are clean, well maintained and although my room faced the freeway (CA 60), I was able to sleep with problems.

We went to visit Caltech and found this place to be close, cheap, and updated. The hotel meet my needs for a one night stay. ... At the price, this exceeded my expectations. The rooms look new and clean. The hallways have no A/C and the rooms initially have the A/C turned off. This is a bit uncomfortable but its understandable to save power.

All in all it was a great trip the staff out did there selfs. Very nice rooms comfterbale beds. I went there on a business ... trip, the only thing that I didn't like was the hallways smelled good but just a little to strong and it made u sick if you were in the hallway for a bit. The only thing that could have made my trip any better is if my wife was with me.

Our main visit was for our daughters graduation which was only 10 mins away. Our first impression when we arrived was "Nice ... Hotel and clean." The pictures online was impressive and we were definitly please when we checked in. The staff were wonderful and very courteous and [...] who takes care of breakfast is very nice and helpful. I feel he did an exceptional job keeping everything stocked and replaced(thank you [...]!)Hallways on the floors had comfortable sitting just to relax in. Vending machines were great. Our room had nice decor very comfortable beds and the bathroom was very clean with nice granite counter tops.

It was a good hotel for the price. The 20 min drive to Universal studios from this hotel was worth it since the price you ... pay here is a lot lower than the hotels closer to Universal. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Hallway had slightly old carpets but bearable.

overall experience was not bad,BUT the hotel probably needs a pool and my room had 6 channels on the tv.The rooms were clean ... and I originally asked for a room with two queens but I received a one bed room. The attendant at the front desk was extremely helpful fixing that problem.

The rooms were perfect, complimentary breakfast was served, and the service was up to my expectations. The internet was down ... for the entire weekend which was an inconvenience, but I'm sure it doesn't happen often. Travelers will get their money's worth if they choose to stay here.
