I was in the bathroom and a portion of the ceiling fixture globe fell from the ceiling, hitting me in the head and then ... shattering throughout the bathtub and bathroom. We had to change rooms at 12:30 am, and the hotel would not give us even the courtesy of a phone call to discuss the situation. [...]

Yes the rooms showed some age, no the tv is not wide screen, but the a/c - heat, the frig and micro all worked without ... problems. I stayed 7 days and even when I hung the do not disturb sign out, housekeeping always asked me if I needed anything. I live in the burbs, and am not used to heavy traffic, so this location fit my needs for a quiet location. This is a great hub for those who want to explore the many local attractions.

The location was excellent for shopping and dining. A restaurant was right on the parking lot of the hotel. A grocery store is right across the street, and a shopping mall is a mile away. A very convenient location for shopping and dining.

We stayed here as a stop over on the way to Memphis. Easy to get to from the interstate. There were many stores close by. ... Nice clean room. Okay continental breakfast. Easy check in and out.

The hotel was moderately clean. When we walked into the room it smelled old and mildewy. We asked for one King bed and ended ... up getting two full beds. One of the beds has black foot prints on the sheets which forced us to sleep in the other bed. The parking was inconvenient and the room numbers were hard to find at night since you had to enter your room from the outside. Besides the hotel itself, the staff was friendly.

Room was clean and nicely furnished. Pool was crystal clear, but we didn't have our swim suits! Grounds could have been ... cleaner -- trash in parking lot, steps and cement porch needed swept. I would have preferred breakfast to last until 10 AM instead of 9 AM because we slept in and missed it! We were on our way home from a very stressful stay in OH so the badly needed rest was great! Motel was off I-65 and easy to find.

The staff at the hotel were great and very helpful. At times, they even went out of their way to be helpful. The custodial ... staff were great. They didn't speak much English, but they were very friendly and did their job quickly and thoroughly. It's a great distance from Nashville--only 10-15 minutes! I loved that it was more of a small town feel while still being so close to a large city.

I would not have booked this hotel if I had clearly understood how far away it was from downtown Nashville attractions. The ... staff was attentive, although the toilet moved everytime that I set on it. I believe it needs a new wax seal to keep it secured to the floor.

We got lost on the way to the hotel. We called the hotel and she directed us right to it! We got to the hotel safe and sound! ... The room was amazing, clean had a refrigerator and a microwave! It had all our needs!

Very impressed with the Kroger that was just a short walk. Traveling with a family, it was great to be able to refrigerate and microwave foods so that we didnt have to eat at restaurants 3 times a day.

There is a great variety of numerous restaurants located on the exit of this hotel and the exit immediately south -- fantastic to get out of the car and eat a nice dinner after a long drive! Also, for travelers that will be in the area for a while, there is a large mall located on the exit immediately south of the hotel.
