We were there for one night for a business trip. Just needed something functional and clean. This met our needs. The staff ... was friendly. Room on first glance was nice, but some of the deatils were missing. Old dated fixtures in the bathroom, heat was hard to control. Beds were fairly comfy and well bedded. There was a nice size refridgerator and a microwave. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or other amenities. It was very close to many restaurants, bars, and other shops- easily several choices within walking distance. I would use this hotel again.

fairly clean and friendly staff. Good location. I have stayed here three times in the past few weeks and it is a great value ... if you don't mind dated decor and rooms. The interior needs a refresh! Perfect for a budget-minded business traveler who is just in the room to sleep.

This hotel is ok if you do not plan on spending a lot of time in your room. The rooms were somewhat dirty. The comforter had ... some stains on it. There were lady bugs all over the room. The lights didn't all work. The tub and sink clogged up and also the jacks in the room didn't all work so it was hard to plug my cell phone charger in.

We swam in the very warm pool. The only that was upsetting was when we arrived in our room it was very obvious it was a ... smoking room and we were suppose to get a non smoking room. On top of that they were booked up. But the next day they were very nice about getting us everything we needed. And we had a great rest of our stay.

Was just there for an overnight before catching a flight. Desk staff wasn't overly friendly, nor was it rude (although the ... check-in clerk was on his cell phone the entire time he was "helping" me). Breakfast was nice and the attendant was friendly. Location is very convenient to many restaurants and the Albany Airport.

I've never written a negative review before, but must this time. There was no smoke detector in our room. Once reported to ... a maintenance man working nearby, one was installed immediately without complaint. Unfortunately, it began to chirp at approximately 11:30 pm and continued sporadically throughout the night. The matress sagged at the head of the bed..I felt like a bat sleeping upside down. The next morning we requested another room and were moved without a problem. The bed was fine, but that room didn't have a smoke detector either! Can't help but wonder if any of the rooms had them!

I don't think that I could recommend this hotel again. It was for what is was but it was so noisy and the front lights kept ... showing through the windows. Also I ordered a King size bed and was convinced to take 2 full size beds that were very uncomfortable.

Again, the pool was the best. Most staff were friendly. The pool-side room was pretty and clean. The housekeeping staff ... were very helpful and friendly. The hot waffles and breakfast were wonderful along with the very friendly hostess. We will go there again.

The staff was friendly but I had a reservation and they canceled it even though I told them I was arriving late (early). It ... was taken care of by the next day but was a bit of a hassle. Minus that and the TV not working it was a good stay. It really was a restful place.

We were there for a college visit as well as a short vacation. We had two rooms. There was no consistancy between the two. ... The complimentary supplies (i.e. coffee, shampoo, conditioner, TISSUES) were not refilled every day. On Saturday and Sunday the continental breakfast items seemed staler than during the week. We had trouble with the pass keys. Apparently you can NOT get them near a cellphone or other credit cards. Where are you supposed to put them then??? There was an unrecognizeable symbol that was supposed to be a warning. You may want to let your customers who do not travel alot know this in advance!!! Night clerk got snotty regarding this.
