I arrived late in the evening and left the following afternoon. The morning breakfast bar was very nice and I could lounge ... in the lobby in the afternoon until it was time to go back to the airport. The desk clerk and shuttle drivers were very nise and helpful.

our travel agency had to fly us out a day before our cruise ship was docked. we chose here, free shuttle close to ... airport,free breakfast and a pool. better than I could plan, clean and good price! the pool had ants in it but its Florida. front desk was very helpful. we left passport behind, they made sure we got it in time, THANK YOU AGAIN!

We didn't get to the hotel till 11:30 PM. [...], the young man on the front desk could not find our reservation that I made ... several months ago even though I had confirmation. They were full and had no rooms availabe . He called your comany Cheap Tickets and the lady was of no help. She told me to try and find our own rooms. You may be sure I will tell everyone about my experience. I had two children who were very tired. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVCE AGAIN

I needed a place to stay when I picked a friend up at the airport. We were literally only going to be there for enough time ... to sleep. An American continental breakfast was provided and while there were a VERY limited number of selections on the bufet, it was convenient and it was included in the nightly rate. If we really wanted a great, memorable,delicious brakfast, we would have gone out.

The stay was a nightmare. The fire alarm which was incredibily loud went off at 3 a.m. We looked out the hall, saw nothing, ... smelled nothing but had to evacuate our room due to the horrific noise of the fire alarm. We went outside to find many others outside where two firetrucks were investigating the reason for the fire alarms. We sat outside on the curb for one and one half hours. We were allowed to reenter the hotel at 5 a.m. We were awakened again at 8 a.m. to the alarm going off again. Apparently the fire dept. was at the hotel again to check the alarm. Why couldn't they have waited until later when we could have slept a little later. I think we should not have been charged at all for the stay. It was a miserable, unrestful night. We could not even eat our breakfast for the alarm blasting our eardrums again!

We visited Sea World and Aquatica Water Park while staying at this hotel and couldn't have chosen a better location for the ... price. It would have been helpful if there was more late night food delivery knowledge from the front desk staff.

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle. The room was small and had a stuffy ... smell to it. The shower was leaking. The rate was good for one night but I didn't feel comfortable. Best Western usually has a good reputation but this was far from others I have stayed at.

People were swimming and making loud noise at the pool at 4:30 AM just outside my window. The beds were much too soft - back ... issue people beware! The free breakfast is nothing to write home about. The whole stay no even worth Orbitz prices.
