The Belair Beach Hotel, located on Little Bay Beach is the only All Suite Oceanfront resort on St. Maarten. It has a unique combination of hotel, timeshare and condominium facilities. Sit on your private terrace overlooking the beach and Caribbean Sea and watch the world go by. Saba, St. Eustatius and St. Kitts sit majestically in the distance. All suites are air-conditioned and feature a living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The one bedroom suite has 1 bathroom and a queen size bed. The 2 bedroom suites (the master has a king size bed; the 2nd bedroom has a double bed) have 2 bathrooms and a couch in the living room that opens into a queen size bed as well as its own private terrace overlooking the beach and sea.
