Redemption Instructions
After purchasing your tour online, you still need to make a reservation for the actual date and time of your tour. Please call Gray Line before you arrive in Boston in order to schedule the date and time of your tour. The phone number will appear under the Redemption Instructions on your voucher. Gray Line will issue you a confirmation number which will be required at the ticket window in order to receive your boarding passes. Because tours do sellout, it is very important to contact Gray Line as soon as possible in order to confirm your tour.
Terms and Conditions
Voucher may be redeemed for the Beantown Trolley tour. Voucher may only be redeemed once.
Cancellation Rules
Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services.
