Great stay and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere at the front desk as well as the nice early morning snacks offered at front ... desk and friendly personnel preparing the breakfast area. Very nice people - especially a lady that let me get in her way a few times and didn't seem to mind. She was quite nice and deserves a raise.

Arrived for Christian Youth Congress At Summet. Arrived at 11:30 pm and the man on staff (older gentleman) at counter was ... not helpful in letting me know all the rules that applied to having teenagers there. First told me fitness room was available for 24/7. Then told me it was only available till 11pm. Was not nice or accomodating. When arrived at rooms they had a nasty ordor and both rooms were not clean. You could physically see cobwebs, hair on toilets & lids, floors not clean. Also the ceiling in one room had several pieces missing. And the counter under sink had huge crack between it and the wall. There were no trash liners in trash cans. And the chair in the room had multiple stains on it and looked so nasty that we didn't even set in it or touch it.

Rooms were average but were clean. The staff tried to be helpful. Had one problem regarding the free shuttle service to the ... airport. Evidently if the hotel is booked thru Orbitz the shuttle is free but you're to pay extra for parking your vehicle there at the hotel while you're gone. I had made 3 calls to Orbitz and directly to the hotel to ask if it was free and was told yes until.. our arrival at the hotel. Once there, they expected to be paid additional $$ for the vehicle to sit in their lot while we were vacationing. I explained that wasn't the way it was described to me. If you book on Orbitz the cost is approx. $62.00 with taxes and the hotel wants an additional charge of approx. $40.00 for parking but it you book directly with the hotel for $80.00 plus tax that includes the parking and the free shuttle. Major confusion but lesson learned.

This was a very nice hotel for the price and the location was great. We were close to places but not right on top of them. ... The room was clean and neat. The continental breakfast was very nice. Would definately stay here again. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and checkin and checkout was very quick.

The hotel was in a great location and had a nice breakfast. It was a bit noisy which I can deal with, however what I can't ... deal with is cochroaches. After I found 2 cochroaches in the 1st room, I asked to change rooms which they did without a problem but they needed that room so we were rushed out. They did not apologize and when I asked for the manager I was told he went to the bank, and I never received a follow-up from the manager to find out what the problem was or even if I was satisfied. On the last day of our trip, we found a cochroach in the bed of the 2nd room and with the response from the first time, we chose to just leave and not "bother" anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I used to work for Westin with the "Heavenly Bed" and this was just about the same ... as theirs for a MUCH lower price! Room was a little on the small side but totally comfortable for my husband and I. We only stayed one night and because we had an early flight out of Nashville. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Room was clean, bed and linens on the bed were AWESOME (we had just checked out of another more expensive hotel to stay close to the airport and this bed truly WAS heavenly!). For the price (about $74.00 with tax) I would have to say it's the best deal if you want to be near the airport. Airport shuttle starts at 400AM so we didn't have a chance to try the breakfast. I was definitely pleasantly surprised but the comfort and convenience of the room for the price.

I thought that the hotel was overpriced. Did not sleep very comfortably, also asked for an non-smoking room and the room ... smelled like someone had lived there that smoked! The girl at the front desk said that it was a non- smoking room, but I tend to disagree!

We arrived late at the hotel,took some luggage in, drove to dinner, slept, then got up the next morning at 3:00 a.m. to the car lot to leave our car and be bused to the airport. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Could not use the amenities.
