it was okay i mean i guess you get what you paid for. basically, i wasnt dirty i wasnt clean it was motelish.... the hallways ... were extremly hot and the so called breakfast ..(( which was just bagel and waffels w/ no syrup)) was ok. as well as the lobby area where the breakfast was held at was no seating there was like 4 ,2 person tables.. i had to eat outside on a pool chair. as well as the breakfast is from 6am-9am. To wake up for that. c'mon (lol). well it was okay . it was close to eveything.. Wet n Wild which i went to and resturants, arcade,pireat show and many more. So if your looking for a place to just rest your head on i guess you'll be okay..

My trip was planned for universal studios and islands of adventure for three days, I stayed at hotel for two nights. Staff ... very friendly and accomidating for whatever I needed. Hotel was quiet for sleeping. I would definitely stay there again. Location was very accessible to the park. The price was just right.

DIDNT GET INTO THE HOTEL UNTIL MIDNIGHT AND HAD TO BE UP AT 5:30. HOTEL HALLWAY CARPET WAS FILTHY. ROOM WAS OK. THE BED WAS ... VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. YOU ROLLED TOWARD THE MIDDLE. THE WALLS WERE VERY THIN. YOU COULD HEAR EVERYTHING ABOVE US. I WOULD STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE IF I STAYED IN ORLANDO AGAIN.

Hotel was great for the price and the location was great. For our trip we went to Universal Studios and DIsney. The hotel was ... closer to universal but not far from Disney at all and 2 seconds from International Drive. The location also made it super easy to by-pass all of the traffic from both parks. We had a rental car with our hotel and it made the trip 100% better. It may say that a park is only a mile or 2 away but in Orlando heat and another mile of parking lot to walk through I can't see doing it any other way. On the staff - We had to check out at 11 and our plane didn't leave until 7 p.m so we asked the staff if we could hang out at the pool throughout the day and they said that would be just fine and they could even hold our luggage for us until we left. They were super friendly and the hotel was great. If you need a hotel that you plan to use mostly for just sleeping and getting ready in the morning that is a great price AND not sketchy this would be a good choice.

Bargain World which is literally a couple of blocks away (and there is another one about 2 more blocks from that!) on International Drive is best to go to if you need a last minute buy for beach towels or bathing suits. I got a bathing suit for 6.99. They also have some pretty decent gifts that are priced well and cheaper than some other places.

the day staff was awesome and the night staff was more interested watching tv then anything, i called and asked for more ... pillows and i had to get them myself, they ran out of water in the soda machine, the elevator only worked half the time and the internet was really slow and that is when i could get on it from kids playing games. and the free breakfast in the morning wasn't worth eating

This hotel is perfect for those who just need a hotel for rest from a busy day of fun. The location is just is a few blocks ... from Int'l Drive and minutes from all parks and attractions. The staff were freindly, quick, and helpful. The room are a tad smaller than normal but still great and quiet. The only negative is the breakast is a waste of time, but at least they have one. I would stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was nothing as described on your website. It was dirty and the staff was unhelpful. We had to change rooms ... twice. The junior suite does not contain 2 queen beds...but one queen bed and a sofa. The sofa mattress was absolutely horrible!!

The hotel was in a great, centralized area, and it was full. My 12 year old and I were "upgraded" to a mini-suite, but it ... only had 1 double bed, rather than the king I had booked. The bedsprings were gone... The very loud air conditioner went on and off all night, as the room cooled, then heated, then cooled. Management said that was how it was... There were not enough breakfast tables; maybe 4 for the whole place... The staff were young, but nice. We knew the area, having been before, and restaurants were in walking distance.

Not bad at all. It needs to be renovated but it's good for anyone. Only problem I had was walking through the hallway, very ... humid, felt as if I was outside, but I wasn't in the hallway for long so not a big deal. Got a free upgrade and it was nice. Would definately stay again and tell others about.

DUring our stay we went to Universal Studios and island of Adventure. The location was great because it was near all of the ... attractions. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. It would've been nice to have a refrigerator in the room to keep our drinks cool during the day.

The location was excellent and parking was convenient. The staff was very friendly. I found it was inconvenient not having a ... microwave and refrigerator. Room and hallway was too warm. I would suggest adding more protein to breakfast menu and provide condiments (salt & pepper.)

Overall the hotel gave us what we needed, something for the right price for a family of six; but the very hard beds and 2+ ... mile walk across sevral major intersections each day to get to Universal was definitely not the minutes away as stated. We walked nearly 45-50 minutes to get to and from the parks since the shuttle from the hotel only ran twice a day, once an hour before the parks even opened. The complimentary breakfast was so crowded every morning that it was impossible to find a place to sit down for a family.
