We absolutely loved our stay at the Bay Gardens Beach Resort! It has a perfect location, walking distance to lots of great ... restaurants, and is right on the beach. The staff is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. There are plenty of chairs and places to lay on the beach and the bar is always open. We enjoyed the onsite restaurants and the daily happy hour. They even had live music a couple of nights! The lady that helps you book excursions was very helpful, so we would recommend you check that out as well. The room was spacious, clean, and air conditioned, which is very important in St. Lucia! This was one of our favorite trips that we have taken and we would definitely come back to the Bay Gardens Beach Resort!

There are lots of great restaurants just down the street from the resort (all in walking distance). We recommend all of them especially Delirius and Fire Grill. They are all open late as well if you just want a drink. We had a great time at the "Jump Up" in Gros Islet, which they have every Friday night...it is just a short taxi ride from the resort and a nice taste of the St. Lucian culture!

THE BAY GARDENS RESORT HAD SUCH AN INVITING ATMOSPHERE, FROM THE LOBBY TO THE SEA. THE STAFF GREETINGS WERE AS WARM AS THE ... HOTEL'S DECOR. THE TWO DOUBLE BEDROOM WAS ADEQUATE FOR FOUR PEOPLE.I LIKED THE LOCATION. IT WAS A FIVE MINUTE WALK TO DINING AND NITE LIFE. AT BEDTIME WE ENCOUNTERED TROUBLE WITH AC. AFTER SEVERAL CALLS FOR SERVICE AND TWO PHYSICAL VISITS TO FRONT DESK TO REQUEST SERVICE (SOMEONE CAME IN AND OUT CHECKING AC UNIT) WE WERE FINALLY MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM.
