Don't hesitate to eat along the boardwalk. I had a great italian dinner at Flames and a home cooked breakfast at Country Kitchen. While you're there visit the Tropicana market and have some homemade ice cream, the banana is delicious!

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was beautiful. At the top of the boardwalk it is a prime ... location for the beach and shopping centers. Souvenir stores at every turn outside, and amenities like a casino, italian restaurant, pastry shop, buffet and casual eatery inside made this an amazing stay.

Many area's in the hotel were closed and /or under contrustion. Parking was quite a distance from the hotel lobby. Resturants ... were very limted in the hotel. No buffet. This will be the first and last time we stay at the Hilton. No entetainment of any kind. No way was it worth the price!

We went to AC for a bachelor party. The hotel is a bid run down, but it gets the job done. The hotel is located at the end ... of the strip so it was a bit inconvenient for us to walk, everywhere we went we had to drive. Other than that, it was pretty decent hotel. You pay for what you get.

We came to Atlantic City for the Marc Antony concert. The Hilton was one of the few hotels available and was priced in the ... mid $300 range. I have to say this was a big disappointment, particularly at that price. The rooms looked like something for 2-3 decades ago, worn and stained carpet, painfully outdated furniture that was equally worn, toilet in the bathroom that ran constantly and despite the room being labeled a "non-smoking" room, the stench of smoke was all over the room, including the bed-linen which is really inexcusable. I called housekeeping for a bathrobe for my wife because the room was cold and was told, "I dunno, I guess I can check". Of course we never received a bathrobe or a callback apologizing for not being able to provide one. I have stayed at Hilton's in other places and found this to be surprisingly bad. I think the problem perhaps is that in AC some of the hotels have a "captive audience" because of the gambling thing so they really don't feel the need to give fantastic service because people have no other option but these hotels with their casinos.

Somebody made a mistake

I booked 2 rooms for our family and requested the 2 room to be adjoined when I made the reservation at Orbitz. When I checked ... in, I was told that I only booked one room. The confirmation letter page I printed doesn't show how many rooms were booked. Fortunately, I kept the email from orbitz on my blackberry, so I can show the staff that I booked 2 rooms. After about 15 minutes, they got 2 rooms for me, but they are not adjoined, which makes it very inconvenient for our family. The rooms are nice and clean. Nothing else to complain. However, I need to think twice to book rooms at orbitz or this hotel.

Looking for A wonderful Asian Experience.....In Bally's Hotel and Casino there is a small restaurant called Noodles. Dont let the name fool you...It is very classy with out breaking pockets. The servers were helpful to exlain any food items that were written in asian and the meals were immaculant!!!! Dont forget ....NOODLES!
