Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email linking to a voucher. You must print and present this voucher in order to redeem services.
Please call De Palm Tours at least 24 hours prior to your arrival on Aruba to reserve your tour date and time. Once in Aruba, please present your voucher and photo ID to the De Palm Tours agent located in select hotel lobbies. You may also exchange your voucher at the De Palm Pier in front of the Aruba Grand Hotel. You will be given information on a specific pick-up time at your hotel or directions on where to meet the tour at this time.
