This is a 6 storey modern residential building with 11 rooms on each floor, overlooking the Batyam promenade. All 66 rooms are medium in size and simple in design, equipped with direct dial telephone, aircondition, cable TV and refrigerators are available upon request. The bathrooms are small in size and kept in good conditions. Decorated in pastel colours and dark wooden furniture.
