Not as good as expected

The location in Flagstaff is good. The clerk was pleasant. The room was musty smelling, the pillows were hard. The remote ... for the TV did not work from the beds and the TV picture was blurry. Overall I would never recommend this motel.

Settling for a One Star Hotel

The Arizona Hotel was adequate for a 1-star. What gripes me is that I had reservations for another Hotel, Days Inn at I40, ... and CheapTickets FAILED miserably to convey that reservation to the Days Inn. So I had to settle for this hotel instead..and that was after 90 minutes on the phone with your staff, who not only hung up on me three (3) time, but kept transferring me to other departments because they had no clue what to do. You people failed miserably. You use strong language to prevent people from cancelling their reservations, but what recourse do we have when YOU fail to MAKE the reservation! You are pathetic business people. At a minimal I believe I am entitled to a 100% monetary refund for your miserable incompetence. I believe that you should pay my hotel bill, plus refund me what I had to pay. Credit the money back to my credit card. Your apology is NOT accepted. Crediting my credit card will be the only action by you that is acceptable. CheapTickets is pathetic.
