The room was clean and nicely laid out. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was close to most dinning and shopping ... locations. We enjoyed having a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room.

This is an old motel that has been cleaned up. The bathroom was very small. Reminded me of my friends motor home, sink at ... your knees while using the toilet. Plumbing and other room repairs were very amaturish. No screen on the bathroom window and no vanity. Everything in the room was clean and functional but small refridgerator was sitting on the floor with microwave stacked on top instead of being kept in a cabinet. This motel needs more work.

When arriving at this hotel you have to pick a phone to talk to some one so they will come to the counter. This makes you ... feel like you are in a shady neighborhood and this was Payson. the rooms were cleanly and quite but a bit cramped. I will say the day I needed another room key the manager didn't hesitate so that was nice. In all it was a clean place to sleep.
