great location and friendly service. A great place to stay if you want to save and have a little more left over in your ... pocket. Just be careful with the temperature changing while your taking a shower. It was the only thing that really bothered us on this trip everything else was just not that big of a deal like the closet wasn't that wide and well made.

Good Location, Not a great hotel
Dee Apr 23, 2009
We had a family trip to Las Vegas for a wedding. When we arrived, the vanity light did not work and it took 5 hrs. for ... maintenance to fix it. The rooms are very small, good enough for one or two people but not the four in our family. Luckily, my mother in law was in the adjoining room, so we left the doors open this at least made some extra moving space. When we returned from the wedding, the maid had dead bolted our front door so we could not get back into our room, luckily, my mother in law was in the next room and back before us, she had to walk to our room to let us back in. When we entered the room, the only thing the maid had done was take out the trash. The internet WIFI connection was very weak, not able to link up to our computer. We took a few hours to try the pool and the water was ice cold. I wanted to relax in the jacuzzi while my children swam, but the jacuzzi was out of order. The only nice thing about this hotel was it is right across from the strip and for the children's sake, it didn't have a casino on the property. However, next time I return to Las Vegas, I will stay at a casino hotel even with the children. They have a much better staff and hotel.

You get what you pay for
Cheap Apr 22, 2009
The hotel is what I expected and paid for. It is a busy hotel and wasn't bad for the price. Most of the issues were ... cosmetic in general (broken door knobs, shower heads that drip, paint peeling, etc....) I wanted an inexpensive hotel as I didn't plan on spending much time there. It was exactly what I paid for.

FILTHY CARPET
Barbara Jul 31, 2008
The Americas best value inn was a big dissappointment. We needed one room with 2 queen beds since our 2 teenaged G-daughters ... were traveling with us. The beds were exactly "24" inches appart. The side of one bed was up against the wall air conditioner and the other bed was shoved against the wall. The "air conditioner" had such a loud rattle we had to turn it off in order to get some sleep then we awoke in a room so hot we could barely breath. The "HOT TUB" was tepid. "No pool towels" when we asked for extra towels to use at the pool we were told we had to use our room towels.

Great location, great value!
elizabeth May 26, 2008
My sister and I stayed here over Memorial Day '08. We were pleased with the hotel's superb location and that all of the ... workers were friendly and polite. Our room was comfortably sized, I would say you could squeeze four, but for two it was great. There are irons and hairdryers for checkout behind the front desk (which my sis and I liked not having to pack our own) and a pool on site. We met a bunch of other budget minded people (young and old) as we walked through the parking lot on our way to the strip each day. We had a pleasant stay and would come again.

In poor neighborhood--told by nearby restaurant that it was dangerous at night.
Joan May 8, 2008
The cleaning staff spoke NO English, and so was unable to give assistance when asked. The motel was a half hour walk from ... the Las Vegas Strip. We were told by the restaurant nearby not to walk to our hotel or their restaurant after dark because of the possibility of being mugged/robbed/assaulted. The room was cramped; we had no ability to hang clothes; there was a blood stain on the furniture; the shower was difficult to operate; the television had a whine/hiss background noise; and our motel room was a long walk from the motel main office.

Zuzana May 4, 2008
The AC and fan in the bathroom are loud and the room is not very spaceous but you can't expect luxury for the prices they ... offer. We loved the location, it's basically right across the street from the MGM hotel. If you're travelling during the week I guess you can find comparable prices on the Strip but we went on the Cinco de Mayo weekend and it was a lot cheaper than staying at any of the hotels on the Strip.
