Not the best value

It was the worst night sleep I ever had in a hotel. There were train tracks practically in the parking lot and the train ran ... every 30 minutes. The room was big, roomy had a comfortable bed working tv and air conditioner but that was about it! No basics- pens, paper, box of tissue,NOT EVEN A COFFEE MAKER!! I paid $49.00 before tax through orbitz and when I got there the sign said $32.95! Icing on the cake was the big black bug. No question will not stay at this hotel chain again.

Denny's has reliably good service and food just on the other side of the highway. We've eaten there several times on the drive to/from Vegas. Tip well, they deserve it!!

Good place to stop
Joe Aug 15, 2009
Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Close to the railroad tracks, but nearly everything in this town is and we had a ... courtyard side room so didn't notice the trains at night. The pool water was surprisingly cold. Pool towels were available. Hotel sold pool toys and ice cream at the front desk. Continental breakfast was a little sugary (including Hostess cupcakes and pink marshmallow coconut fluffs) but the kids liked it. From the looks of some of the other places in town seemed to be one of the best ones. Probably the best value for families staying in Kingman who want cleanliness and amenities and don't want to spend much.

Awesome place for the price. Spotless rooms! Quiet neighbourhood except for some occasional train traffic which was never too ... loud to disturb in your sleep. Only thing that I did not like is the continental breakfast. They skimped on the choices. Had better ones in other places I stayed.

It's a good value for money stop-and-go location. It's quiet, fairly clean and the rooms are comfortable. The bathrooms are ... tiny, but you can't ask for too much for the price you pay. Overall, a good experience.

For my son
DLC in SD Jul 8, 2009
The room was an emergency rental. My son and his family moved to Bullhead. The power company was closed Friday July 3 when ... they were told to come in to do the paper work to turn on electricity. I live in California so I jumped on the computer to rescue them from the 110 degree heat, and thankfully found you. Your rates are fantastic! You made a bad situation very bearable! They stayed 3 days and were actually able to find their way around in a new city. Thank you so much.

The staff was very good about whatever they could do to help us. I wanted to take a bath but the tub wouldn't hold water and ... the shower was that kind that is like a powerful mist & you couldn't change it. There was no in-room coffee but you could get coffee in the lobby. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

sorry to ruin the perfect rating
Jeffrey Dec 18, 2008
America's Best Value it may be, however, you'll have to endure the unusual moldy smell and the lack of internet availability ... in some rooms. The lobby was surprisingly modern as were the bathrooms, but the bed was like bedrock. The few clientele that were staying there, were quite loud the following morning. We did not try the complimentary breakfast, but it was a nice touch for the extremely low rate, as was the in room fridge and microwave. The pool looked like it would be nice...too bad it was closed due to it being December and the freakish ice storm that hit the area.

This motel was highly rated and I found it to be an accurate assessment. My dad and I were travelling on a cross country road ... trip and stopped here en route. We arrived late almost midnight and we were greeted very warmly. The room was large, well outfitted had a refrigerator, tv free wireless and two large beds. Overall I thought it was very clean and very friendly. I would stay there again. For the money it is a great value in Kingman AZ.
