Rooms were super clean and smelled nice (no tobacco smell). Some noise heard from trains but not too bad, excellent rates ... with breakfast included, the mini fridge actually worked. Very satisfied, will go back.

We needed a cheap but clean place to sleep the night and then continue with the trip to the Grand Canyon. A great value. Plus ... it had a old school "Route 66/pink flamengos" vibe.

For starters, the room was clean and well maintained. The wy-fi worked very well. The refridgerator and microwave worked ... well and were very nice to have. However . . . bathroom towells had the consistency of sand paper, small, and definitely worn out. The bathroom light is wired to a worn out fan that was extrememly noisey. So if you wanted to see while in the bathroom, you had to endure the noise. The so called continental breakfast consisted of sugared cereal and balloon bread. Housekeeping was very anxious to make up the room and were calling before 9 am to see if they could do so. (not necessarily a bad thing) I also noted while in Flagstaff that there were other hotels in the same area of better quality for the same or better price.

Not worth the money!

This hotel is very old. It has not been renivated. Upon entrance of the room it was very hot humid and musty smelling. The ... Air conditioning unit was hanging unsecured and was missing parts that direct the air so it blew cold air on one foot and the rest of the room was warm. The air conditioner leaked water on the walk way outside the room making it very slippery and dangerous. The towels were basicaly oversized wash cloths that were very course. There wasn't any alarm clock in the room.The toilet backed up twice and we were just given a plunger to fix this ourselves. The matresses were worn out and lopsided. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. Anything more than $15 a night was a waste of money. The only good thing I can say is that I now know what hotel NOT to stay in EVER again.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and courteous. If you are looking for a hotel with a lot of ... frills, this is not the hotel for you. But if you are looking for a hotel that is clean quiet and friendly staff, this is a great value.And close to everything I needed. And I felt quite safe going to and from my car late at night being a single female

The staff was very rude. They wouldn't let give me a room key until I gave them $40 in cash. They were very unfriendly. The ... toilet was taped together, the shower was dripping and squirtted to the left.

The airconditioner did not work in the assigned. Another room was available with two beds, owner's wife told me it was ... reserved and if I wanted theat room I would heve to pay extra. After arguing she gave me the room. The shower knobs did not have screws to hold onto the faucet stem therefore, kept falling down onto the tub whenever. We left the hotel in positive relatioships with the owner's wife.

Room that I stayed at was neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. Shower was clean and all plumbing in satisfactory ... condition. You may mind young people who ask outside for spare change, but overall it was a great experience.
