Built-in 1878 as a multi-family home, it was converted to single family in 1999 by the current owners. Careful attention was paid to preserving the original plaster moldings, multi-piece trim work, doors, leaded glass transoms, soapstone fireplaces and ten foot high ceilings. The house was built in the Victorian Italianette-style and as such has a yellow stucco facade. The renovation included all new plumbing, electrical, new hardwood flooring throughout, new baths and a new kitchen. Guests will enjoy the suites with private baths, the common area gas and wood-burning fireplaces, the library-study, the exercise equipment room, eat-in kitchen, 600 square foot outdoor deck and multiple places to relax and watch a movie, your favorite sports team, or read a book.
